Season 8, Day 12

Gerry and Ziggy are out in the garden talking about Seany while the other housemates are still asleep.

It’s been six days since the housemates received any food from Big Brother and the supplies are running out.

The twins get into a bit of a water war in the pool with Seany.

Chanelle is talking with Gerry and Ziggy about drugs and shares about how she was adopted and her mother was into drugs and got killed. Gerry tells her that the adversities of life can only make her stronger.

Big Brother has called Seany into the diary room and is concerned about some offensive language on his sweatshirt.

Gerry, Charley and Shabnam are talking about his sexual orientation and his gaydar. Gerry says that his mother thinks he has a disease and that one day there will be a vaccine. He says he wishes he was straight as it would be much easier.

Charley has had enough with all the talk about the lack of food and is getting ready to say something.

Gerry and Seany are in the Big Brother Board Room where they have to interview each housemate for a maximum of five minutes to determine who they should give the nominating rights to. Amanda is in first. 31 minutes later and it’s Charley’s turn. Charley tells them to choose carefully and pushes the whole “there are people who have a game plan but I’m not one of them” card. After she leaves, Seany says he didn’t know if he liked her.

Gerry and Seany have been interviewing for just over and hour and have interviewed Carole, Chanelle, Laura and Nicky. Shabnam is next and asks for some water. They say sure, just not theirs. Seany thinks she could be a very interesting nominator.

Tracey is hilarious in the board room.

Gerry and Seany make their decision. Amanda and Sam are their picks. After the nominators are selected, the housemates discuss the food situation.

Gerry is in the diary room saying he’s a pretty selfish person and talks about how he’s never been involved in charity work. He says he wants to learn from the other housemates and try and learn how to relax as he tends to stress too much.

Ziggy is talking to Chanelle and says he’d like to see her outside of the house but he’s getting a little fed up with some of the goings on in the house.

Gerry tells Seany that he wants to prove that gay people can be intellectual.

Nicky is in the diary room complaining about being caught in between the young and old group. She says she’s fun and thinks she’s been taking things too seriously the last few days.

Nicky, Shabnam and Charley are at the smokers bench and Charley tells them that they are the outcasts in the house and they’re not part of the main group. Nicky walks away calling them both lunatics.

Charley and Shabnam are sitting on the sofas complaining. As they do. Charley thinks she’s so entertaining. If she was any more up herself she’d be inside out.
