Friday night and the girls are about to get their first man. They don’t realise he’s about to arrive. And he has no idea that he’s about to be the only man in the village. And as far as he knows, this could be the launch night.
Tracey is in the diary room and loved the task today because it was a chance to get away from all the girly stuff. She’s a bit emotional and sheds a few tears before heading out to have a smoke. She heads over to the smokers bench and talks with Nicky. Tracey says she doesn’t have anything in common with anyone and is finding it hard hearing all the talk about makeup all the time.
At 11:57pm they’re all at the dining room table eating dinner. Laura goes to the diary room and apologises for looking a bit dodgy. She complains a little about how there are no boys but is happy that there hasn’t really been any real tension with all the girls. She thinks that if there was one boy in the house it will cause problems if he’s really nice because the girls will be inclined to start fighting over him.
Davina asks the audience if they should give the girls a boy to play with. Introducing Ziggy. He’s a 26 year old music producer and promoter who used to be in a boy band called Northern Light. His plan is to be natural and himself. He’s wearing a suit that looks like he’s one of the Men in Black. There is a comparison to David Beckham and so they speculate immediately that there could be some interest between Ziggy and Chanelle.
Ziggy enters the house to enormous screams of jubilation from the girls. Ziggy asks a dozen times if he’s the only guy here. Chanelle is all giggly as are the other teenies. Quite smitten I think.
Ziggy is called into the diary room straight away. Ziggy thanks Big Brother for letting him be the first male in the house and is really happy with the girls who have been put in the house. He also asks if Big Brother is going to be bringing any other guys in and whether or not he can lock the doors.
Big Brother asks Ziggy to take a giant yellow envelope and gather all the housemates together and then wait for Big Brother’s instructions to open the envelope and read the letter.
Ziggy reads the letter which says that he is the only one who can nominate housemates for eviction this week. What sucking up is going to be happening now.
