Last year we found our winner in Scotland. This week we’re heading back to Glasgow to see if we can find someone to make it two in a row for the north.

Another to impress the judges is 17 year old Andrew Merry who sings Stevie Wonder - Stevie Wonder: The Definitive Collection - Lately Lately.

Primary School Teacher Carol Barcley sings Nat "King" Cole - Nat King Cole: The Greatest Hits - Smile Smile and is justifiably put through to the next round.

Four piece girl group High Voltage get through with Duffy - Rockferry - Mercy Mercy but Simon has concerns that they look too sophisticated.

Kirsty Doherty is a 24 year old prison officer who is singing Christina Aguilera - Back to Basics - Hurt Hurt. They think she could be fantastic and give her the chance to prove them right.

17 year old Joelle Moses is a Sales Assistant who makes it through with Whitney’s Whitney Houston - The Bodyguard - I Have Nothing I Have Nothing. Simon is very impressed and they all believe that she has the potential to be great.

Joseph Chukukere is a 22 year old bank clerk who has Cheryl Cole rather smitten after hearing him sing Bill Withers - Bill Withers: The Ultimate Collection - Ain't No Sunshine Ain’t No Sunshine.

Another four piece girl group is EFX who impress Cheryl with one of her own songs – Girls Aloud - The Sound of Girls Aloud: The Greatest Hits - Something Kinda Ooooh Something Kinda Ooooh.

Thinking he could be as big as Barbara Streisand is 47 year old Lab Technician Yingjung Lui who sings Simon & Garfunkel - Greatest Hits - Bridge Over Troubled Water Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

Three 15 year old girls form Stance and perform what Louie thinks is a little churchy.

Danny Evans has a tough story to tell about his wife passing away just after giving birth to his daughter. He wants to give her a better life and sings Donny Osmond - Love Songs of the '70s - Sometimes When We Touch Sometimes When We Touch and moves Cheryl to tears. It’s a proud moment to close out this episode of X Factor auditions.
