Having been trapped in the radio station storeroom by Robin, Zeke tries to find a way out. At the same time, Robin cosies up to Sunny at the coffee shop. When Sunny realises that Zeke is missing, they go looking for him and wind up back at Pirate Net. Robin pretends to discover the missing lad in the cupboard and lets him out. A furious Zeke struggles to convince Sunny that Robin locked him in the cupboard. Matters worsen when Robin and Zeke come to blows and Sunny accuses her boyfriend of being jealous. But when Sunny comes across proof that Robin is lying, she traps him into revealing his guilt. Humiliated, Robin lashes out by targeting the radio station. Can the troubled lad be stopped?
Elsewhere, Lyn is tempted to write about Libby’s marital difficulties in her gossip column. Under pressure from Paul, Lyn submits the piece, but soon lives to regret it. She reveals to Susan that she is the gossip columnist and begs for help in retrieving the article – but does not reveal its content. The intrepid duo sneak into the newspaper office under cover of darkness, only for Susan to discover the true nature of the article. She turns on Lyn in a fury and abandons her to be caught red-handed by Paul. The wily Robinson agrees not to report Lyn to the police – if she hands over the incriminating files she has on him. Lyn reluctantly agrees – but has a much harder time apologising to Susan and Steph for her actions.
Oblivious to the drama surrounding her private life, Libby prepares for Dan’s return from New Zealand by setting in motion plans to buy number 32 from Steph. Karl worries that his daughter is punishing her absent husband by making major decisions without him. He fears that Libby and Dan’s inability to communicate is harming their marriage – and events seem to bear him out. Libby embarks on the mortgage paperwork only to learn that Dan has given $12,000 of their money to his ex-wife, Sam. Has Dan betrayed Libby?
Also this week, Lucas encourages Elle to go to New York, but fears he will lose her for good. Sophie and Harry keep a secret from Kate on the day of her dance audition. Elsewhere, Donna convinces Kate to dance at a fashion show, then abandons her to go to the after-party. Later, she steals another designer’s idea to impress her boss. Is Donna being corrupted by the fashion world?
