BBC announces fifth season of Would I Lie To You?

A fifth season of comedy panel show Would I Lie To You? has been announced by the BBC .

The show will be fronted by Rob Brydon again and will have David Mitchell and Lee Mack on board as team captains each week.

BBC producer Gilly Hall said: “We are delighted to announce a new series of Would I Lie To You,”. “It’s a wonderfully warm, feel good show and has become an entertainment hot spot on Friday nights.”

Creator Peter Holmes said: “The response to the last run was amazingly positive, and it’s lovely to discover that so many people have great affection for the show.”

The show will hit screens again later next year.
