X Factor 2010: Katie Waissel reportedly calls Cheryl Cole a bitch during a row!

The Sun today reports that Katie Waissel and her mentor Cheryl Cole have been having “furious bust ups”, and add that during one row, Katie called Cheryl a bitch.

It seems things got very heated when Cheryl chose the Elton John track, The Bitch Is Back for Katie to sing this week, but a furious Katie insisted she wouldn’t sing it.

She apparently got her way and will sing Saturday Night’s Alright (For Fighting) on tonight’s show.

Show insiders claimed the “bitch” incident happened as the pair rowed over the track which Katie was convinced Cheryl chose as “a personal dig” at her.

The paper also states that most of the other finalists are now refusing to speak to Katie and that the show’s bosses are planning a double eviction this week to ensure that she goes.

Katie told the paper about the change of song choice, saying, “There were a couple of songs put forward to me. I liked the fighting spirit of the songs…

“But one goes a little too far. Do you know what? You can push things too far.”

Katie also admitted that Cheryl had become “fed up of her backchat” adding, “Ninety-nine per cent of the time, I don’t think before I speak…

“I come out with the biggest load of c**p. Cheryl told me, ‘Think before you speak’.”

A show insider told the paper that the X Factor staff are all hoping Katie leaves the contest this week.

The source said, “To say Katie is a diva is putting it mildly – she’s a complete nightmare.

“She is so rude to people and treats staff on the show like dirt.

“Cheryl has been livid with the way she’s been acting. She’s done her best to help her, but she still gets this rude backchat from her.

“And Katie isn’t honest with anyone. She fled to meet Amy Winehouse the other night and when we asked about it she just lied and said she didn’t.

“Then she moans about how much of a hard time she’s having. It’s awful.”
