Stella English has been hired as The Apprentice after beating fellow finalist Chris Bates in last night’s final. English impressed in the task with her new alcoholic drink and Lord Sugar saw fit to offer her the job.
Tointon heads to hospital following Strictly victory
Kara Tointon was forced to receive treatment in hospital following her victory on BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing over the weekend. The actress was taken to A&E where she was informed that she had torn ligaments in her arm during training for the show.

Sheridan drops Desperate Housewives lawsuit
Former Desperate Housewives actress Nicollette Sheridan has dropped her $20 million lawsuit against the show’s creator Marc Cherry. Sheridan had initially claimed that Cherry had fired her after she complained that her had hit her on the set of the drama series.
