Britain's Got Talent 2011: David Hasselhoff’s “loving” BGT, and SuBo’s party invite!

Former Baywatch star, David Hasselhoff, seems to be having a great time as a BGT judge, and told the press recently that he’s “loving” the role.

He made his debut on the judging panel yesterday during the auditions in Manchester, which was the first time he sat alongside fellow judges Amanda Holden and Michael McIntyre, as Louis Walsh stood in for him during the London auditions.

On arriving at the studios in Manchester, The Hoff said, “It’s a pleasure to be here. It’s our first day on the set and we’re having fun!”

However, he later said that he was surprised that McIntyre and Holden allowed through so many acts, saying that in doing so, they’ve “set the bar really low.”

In other BGT news, it seems that Susan Boyle has invited Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan to a housewarming party.

The Sun reports that Susan’s very keen on hosting the former judges who helped put her on the path to stardom.

A show source told the paper, “We’ve heard Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan have been invited…

“Susan’s very keen to see Piers again.”

But it seems she might be disappointed on that front because Piers is of course now in America working for CNN.

A spokeswoman for Boyle added, “The party was only ever for close friends and family.”
