FA Cup Final : Manchester City v Stoke City

Saturday, 14 May 2011, 1:00PM – 5:30PM

Adrian Chiles introduces coverage of the 2011 FA Cup Final between Manchester City and Stoke City live from Wembley Stadium.

Cash-rich Manchester City are firm favourites, but their long-suffering supporters will take nothing for granted as the club goes in search of its first major trophy since 1976.

Manager Roberto Mancini has been given the task of making City a major force in the game and an FA Cup triumph at Wembley would be the perfect launch pad.

Stoke City, under the guidance of boss Tony Pulis, are playing in the FA Cup Final for the first time in the club’s history. The long-throws of midfielder Rory Delap are sure to be a feature of the day as Stoke look to repeat the form that saw them thrash Bolton 5-0 in the semi-final at Wembley last month.

Commentary comes from Clive Tyldesley and Jim Beglin.
