Plus John Partridge thanks viewers for support

EastEnders newbie Danielle Harold looks as if she’s at home already as she strolls along on the set of the show with two of her Walford co-stars.
18-year-old Danielle, who plays Billy Mitchell’s granddaughter Lola Pearce, joined fellow newcomers Tony Discipline and Matt Lapinskas – who play Moon brothers Tyler and Anthony – at the soap’s Elstree Studios yesterday to enjoy the sunshine.
And according to The Sun, she then cosied up with Ricky Norwood, who of plays Fatboy in the show, with the pair sharing a hug and a kiss.
Feisty Lola will be on our screens within the coming weeks.

In other news, the Daily Star today reveals that Ian Beale will sink to “an all-time low” when he claims his wife is dead so that he can bed his new girlfriend.
As viewers will know, Ian’s wife Jane – who’s played by Laurie Brett – left him after a string of lies and deceit from the businessman pushed her to the end of her tether.
Next month Ian, who’s played by Adam Woodyatt, will decide to “get back on the horse” and he soon realises he’ll receive more sympathy from women if they think he’s a widower.
So when he meets new prospect Cheryl, who’ll be played by Heather Craney, he puts his plan into action.
A show source said, “Ian will do anything. He’s pathetic. But his lie will catch up with him.”
Slimy toad!

And finally, John Partridge has told Inside Soap magazine that fans have supported him over the plotline in which his gay character, Christian Clarke, attempts to adopt a child with partner Syed (Marc Elliott).
And even though the show’s bosses recently received 125 complaints about Christian and Syed Masood being shown in bed together, John reckons most fans back the storyline 100%.
He told the magazine “We are very grateful” for how the plotline had been received by fans, but added that it wouldn’t reach a rapid conclusion.
He said that to tell the story rapidly would “not be realistic”.
