Metro report today that Corrie star Helen Flanagan – who plays Rosie Webster – is to star in an online spin-off show that will feature Rosie’s modeling career.
And it’s claimed it’ll rival The Only Way Is Essex!

Her antics in the big city will appear on ITV.com in September – but the fun doesn’t stop there. To make it as reality-soap based as possible, soap bosses will film on location and give the feisty character her own Rosie Webster Twitter account and a new website.
And in keeping with the dramas usually found in TOWIE, Rosie, who has already landed a job on ITV1’s Lorraine show, will be seen having a cat-fight with a fellow model, become an internet sensation, appear as a guest on Loose Women, and be interviewed by Johnny Vaughan and Lisa Snowdon on Capital Radio.
Helen’s return to her brunette do comes as Corrie bosses apparently feared the blonde look wasn’t something her alter-ego Rosie would have gone for.
The actress was spotted leaving Manchester hair salon James Roberts on Monday afternoon, having spent hours washing out the blonde.
A Coronation Street spokesperson said Rosie’s upcoming adventures would be a big hit with new and existing fans alike. ‘This is a great opportunity for fans of Coronation Street to watch extra exclusive content on ITV.com that links back into the main show on ITV1,’ they added.
