Chris Ryan’s Stike Back is back on Sky 1 tonight and even if you missed series one, you’re in for a treat.
The British television series is based on the novel by Chris Ryan and its first series received rating figures of 1 million in the UK according to the Broadcasters’ Audience Research Board.
The first series had generally positive reviews liking it to a “British action series that packs a Die Hard-style thrill around every corner,” and was released on DVD and Blu-Ray shortly after.
Tonight is the premiere of the second series which is entitled Strike Back 2: Project Dawn.
We were lucky enough to catch the first episode and even if you haven’t watched the first season (yet), you should make sure you check it out.
We won’t give too much away but the very first episode certainly packs a lot of action in and gives you an overview of the main characters. We’ll be checking out episode two next week and catching up on series one in the meantime.
Strike Back 2: Project Dawn is on tonight at 11pm on Sky 1 and Sky 1 HD.
