That Sunday Night Show

Sunday, 8 January 2012, 10:00PM – 10:30PM

This New Year That Sunday Night Show returns to ITV1 for a third series. Each week, host ADRIAN CHILES will once again be joined by three guests for an entertaining look at the past seven days.

The previous two series saw ADRIAN CHILES joined by a variety of guests including FRANK SKINNER, CATHERINE TATE, ALASTAIR CAMPBELL, ROSS NOBLE, TINCHY STRYDER, AL MURRAY, BRIAN BLESSED, JO BRAND, LORD PRESCOTT, JENNY ECLAIR, SIR BOB GELDOLF, JERRY HALL, ALAN JOHNSON MP, VIC REEVES, MARGARET MOUNTFORD, KATHY BURKE, MICHAEL PALIN, HESTON BLUMENTHAL, HARRY REDKNAPP, SHAUN RYDER, LOUIS SPENCE, JANET STREET-PORTER, LORD SUGAR and many more, all taking a lively look at the big stories of the week, as well as some of the sillier events that may have passed under your radar.

Alongside the main guests That Sunday Night Show invites those who have been part of the news that week. Highlights from the last series saw JOHNNIE MARBLES, the man who achieved global fame when he threw a shaving foam pie into the face of RUPERT MURDOCH, give his first television interview since his release from prison and PAULINE PEARCE, the “Hackney heroine,” who became a YouTube hit after footage of her berating rioting youths in Tottenham was posted.

That Sunday Night Show is an Avalon production for ITV1. It is produced by JO BUNTING (Have I Got News for You, BBC One, Loose Ends, BBC Radio 4) and directed by PAUL WHEELER (Have I Got News for You, BBC One, Live at the Apollo, BBC One), while executive producers are JON THODAY and RICHARD ALLEN-TURNER.

It was commissioned by ITV Commissioning Editor, Entertainment, Kate Maddigan and ITV Director of Entertainment and Comedy, Elaine Bedell for ITV1.
