Plus, Simon’s crazed stalker was found in his wardrobe! And Matthew Wolfenden on his “catalogue” of DOI injuries

Justin Edwards – aka MC Ultra – who is of course at the centre of the Tulisa sex tape scandal, reckons that making the tape was Tulisa’s idea. He also denied that he’d sold the footage.
In London’s High Court, and in answer to the news that Tulisa had taken out a lawsuit against him for allegedly selling the tape, his legal rep read a statement from Edwards in which he claimed to have no knowledge of how the tape turned up on the internet.
He said, “I am disgusted it has been [made public] and regret ever allowing the claimant to persuade me that we should film ourselves.”
He added that he would not have published or sold the clip, saying, “Simply because I would find it ungentlemanly. I was brought up better than that.
“I simply do not, and never have, possessed the film referred to.”
After the hearing, Edwards exclusively told The Sun, “I’m just relieved to have a chance to tell my side of the story.
“It can’t happen soon enough. I’ve had to move out of my home and it’s been a nightmare for my family.
“I just want this sorted out so I can move on with my life.”
However, Tulisa’s QC, Desmond Browne, told Mr Justice Tugendhat that the X Factor judge had been “the victim of a vindictive act of betrayal by Mr Edwards — seemingly motivated by personal spite and financial greed”.
He called Edwards’ denial that he passed on or sold the sex tape “hypocrisy” and “a deceitful representation of the position”.
And if I might add my two penn’orth, with regard to Edwards claiming Tulisa instigated the filming, does that give anyone the right to then make it public?
I can’t imagine she said, “Oh I know, let’s make a sex tape, then when I’m really famous, you can flog it for a few quid and get your name in the headlines to relaunch your dead horse of a career on the back of it!”
And if Mr Edwards did sell that tape, then I guess it’s true that the camera never lies; he in fact just a d*ck.

Moving on, and as we reported yesterday, a 29 year old woman was arrested at Simon Cowell’s London home after using a brick to smash a window and scrambling inside.
However, today, the Sun reports that although initially it was reported that Simon found Leanne Zaloumis in his bathroom, police have confirmed that she was in fact hiding on a shelf in his wardrobe!
Zaloumis apparently also told Simon’s staff, “Simon knows me.”
The paper adds, “Armed police were called and found her hiding on a shelf 7ft up in Cowell’s walk-in wardrobe. They also reported blood stains by the broken window.
Zaloumis, of Catford, South East London, appeared at West London Magistrates Court yesterday accused of aggravated burglary. The charge put before her claims she intended to inflict GBH.
She spoke only to confirm her personal details as she was remanded in custody until June.

Finally today, Dancing on Ice champ Matthew Wolfenden has sustained so many injuries during his run on the show that he had two MRI scans yesterday to properly catalogue the damage.
Speaking to TV Biz, Matthew – who of course stars in Emmerdale as David Metcalfe – said, “I’ve bust both my tendons in my ankles. I’ve had my feet in a bucket of ice every day for weeks to take the pain down.
“I can’t lift my right arm properly so I’m going for an MRI scan on Tuesday. I think it’s to do with my rotator cuff.
“Then when I have the MRI scan on my shoulder, I need to have one on my knee too because when I dropped Nina out of the headbanger in training, I landed on my knee and I’ve ripped all the bits in the back of it.
“My back and wrist hurts from the lifts and I’ve done my groin in.
“I’ve got a week off the ice to let everything relax, then the tour starts. But I’ve no time off work.
“It’s definitely affected me on Dancing On Ice. I’ve had back problems since week two when I trapped a nerve.”
His pro-skating partner Nina added, “He’ll never admit it but he is in a lot of pain.”
And Matthew went on to say that if he’d had to perform even one more week, he most likely wouldn’t have made it.
He said, “Midway through the competition those lifts were popping up dead easily and yesterday it was really hard.
“I don’t think I’d have coped with the lifts if we’d had one more week to go.
“If the final had been next week then I think we’d have had to take all the lifts out.”
But, luckily of course, Matthew won, and he reckons he’d like to get his toddler son Buster – whose mum is Matthew’s partner and co-star Charley Webb – on the ice now too.
He said, “Our northern coach, Stephen Pickavance, told me, ‘You should have done this as a kid, you’d have gone so far.’
“I’m definitely going to get Buster on the ice now this has all finished because it’s brilliant and he’ll love it.
“Now I can whizz him around and I feel confident enough. It will be great.”
