There’s very sad news from the Big Brother house today with a report that the news Scott Mason left the compound to hear on Tuesday afternoon was that his sister had died suddenly.
There are as yet no further details about the tragedy, but having been away from the Big Brother house for around three hours to hear the terrible news, Scott returned and vowed to continue with the show.
It’s also not yet known if he will attend his sister’s funeral, or even when that will be.
When Scott returned to the house on Tuesday, he told his fellow housemates that he had left temporarily to deal with a “family matter” but he assured everyone that he was alright, however he said he didn’t want to talk about it…
That evening, Big Brother threw the housemates a party for passing their shopping task this week, and at one point, Scott left the festivities to weep quietly in the bathroom before being called to the Diary Room, where he was told he can have time alone if he wishes.
However, he chose to return to the party and didn’t discuss the issue with anybody else.
