In last night’s live edition of Big Brother, Chris James became the second housemate to be evicted after he lost out in the Vote to Save to Arron Lowe.
So we can expect Arron’s ego to have grown exponentially overnight since earlier in the week, he said if stays in the house, it’s because the public “love” him.
Sigh.
During his eviction interview with Brian, Chris revealed that he hadn’t expected to leave the show this early on, and he attributed the fact that he has to his argument with Becky on her first night in the house.
Chris also said that he thinks Becky will be up for eviction next week, and I suspect he may be right since we’ve seen a very different side to her personality ever since she succeeded in her secret mission to be one housemate’s favourite contestant. And of course, Deana named Becky as her favourite…
Although Becky hasn’t featured a great deal in this week’s highlights shows, the few times she has, she always seems to be either bitching or eating.
Now of course, since there’s no live feed, we only get to see what the show’s producers choose for us to see, and though often housemates incorrectly blame editing for how they are “perceived” – they all love that word don’t they – sometimes, that editing can of course depict only someone’s ‘bad’ moments.
However, back to the eviction, and after Chris had left the house, Arron was of course elated, but Lydia had a few words for him, just to make sure she pi**ed on his bonfire.
She told him, “Arron, Chris was a personality in this place, things will change, things won’t be as entertaining.”
But Caroline was predictably chuffed Chris had gone. She told Lauren, “He was horrible to me.”

Later on, Shievonne had an epiphany about evictions. She sat bolt upright and put her hand to her mouth to stifle a gasp, she said, “Oh God, every Friday either way, it’s going to be the same…”
Wow, she missed her vocation. She clearly should’ve been a policeman.
It wasn’t long though before the nominations paranoia once again started with Deana saying, “I’m going next week. The boys are voting for me.”
Well, I would doubt she’ll be up, but as I mentioned earlier, I reckon Becky may well be, and Lydia. Lauren might also be up and/or Ashleigh since all either of them seem to do is cry!
