Plus, Mitzeee goes stir crazy in Hollyoaks
We’ll begin today’s round up of soap spoilers with Corrie, where singletons Maria Connor and Jason Grimshaw are about to reignite their former passion!
As fans of the show will remember, Maria and Jason dated a few years ago, but Jason moved on to a relationship with Rosie Webster, and Maria did likewise with Chris Gray.
But of course, as mentioned, they’re both now single, so when they have a night in at Maria’s flat, it doesn’t take long for things to revert to their former passion. But will that one night see them back on track or thinking it was a big mistake?
We’ll have to wait and see, but a Corrie insider told the Daily Star, “Jason’s been single since his former girlfriend Rosie Webster dumped him and moved to London.
“Maria is a good-looking girl so it was only a matter of time before he cracked on to her.
“They’ve lived in the same street for years and have both been around a bit.
“So with them now both single it wasn’t going to be long before they were paired up.
“Whether this kiss leads to anything more remains to be seen…
“But Maria could have a lot of fun with Jason – he would certainly know how to put the smile back on her face.
“Jason has always thought that she was fit, so when she responds to his kiss he knows he’s got a good chance with her.
“They could make a really cute couple.”

Over to Emmerdale now where… dun dun dun! Rachel Breckle is about to find out she’s pregnant with Jai Sharma’s baby which is of course a result of their drunken one night stand recently.
In a panic, Rachel turns to her lesbian sister Ali for advice, but she won’t reveal who the father is. However, Ali insists that Rachel take a pregnancy test before she panics any further, but of course, it comes up positive.
A show insider said, “Rachel gets really worked up about the possibility that she could be pregnant. Once the test confirms her fears she’s distraught.
“Sleeping with Jai was a huge mistake. They just got drunk and turned to each other for comfort.”
We’ll also see all that drama a week tomorrow.
Finally, it’s over to Hollyoaks where the falsely imprisoned Mitzeee goes stir crazy and attacks her cellmate in a forthcoming episode.
Mitzeee is of course locked up following love rival Mercedes’ twisted plot to get her out of the way, and that saw Mercedes stabbing herself in the stomach while Mitzeee lay unconscious following their fight over Riley Costello.
However, with Mitzeee not having a clue whether she did actually stab Mercedes or not, she’s set to go on “an emotional roller-coaster” in prison.
And the fight with her cellmate only makes things worse for her when she begins to think that maybe she could be capable of stabbing Mercedes after all.
A Hollyoaks insider said, “Mitzeee is going through a tough ordeal inside. She’s not coping, so when her cellmate decides to wind her up she flips.
“Obviously, viewers know the truth but who knows what twists and turns are ahead for this trio.
“Mitzeee might convince herself so much that she actually confesses to a crime she didn’t do.
“Mercedes was convinced that once she got Mitzeee out of the way she’d have Riley all to herself.
“But like most things in the village, things don’t go to plan and she’s going to be left out in the cold by the footballer.”
