Kirsty Wark and guests will verbally dissect some of the biggest but also some of the more offbeat events and performances in a special three week run of Friday nights, looking at the highlights of the Edinburgh Festivals.
The second episode of this run will be dedicated to one of the major coups of the Edinburgh International Book Festival, with an extended interview with Atonement author Ian McEwan who is launching his new novel Sweet Tooth there.
Kirsty and her crew return again the following Friday for a more widespread range of reports and discussions of the hits and misses.
