Eva Longoria has a new show in production for NBC. Casino centers on the aftermath of a mogul’s mysterious death when his ambitious young widow and his illegitimate son have to join forces to save his famed casino, while circumstances surrounding his death come to light and threaten to take them both down.

BBC One has greenlit McMafia, an epic drama event series set in the international world of organised crime.

Think Like A Man is being adapted for the small screen.

The Fluffy Shop (working title), is inspired by life of comedian Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias’ experience including the challenges of managing a home life during the few days he spends off the road each week.

Dr Ken has been given a full season order.

NBC is developing This Is Happening about an uptight, unhappy, single woman in her mid-30s whose life changes when she gets a new job working for a popular website and starts hanging out with a group of her twentysomething co-workers.

Limitless has been given a full season order.

The Grinder has also been given a full season order.

CBS is developing Smoke & Mirrors which centers on a mysterious detective in the LAPD Robbery Homicide Division, a contemporary Houdini-like character who uses her knowledge of deception and misdirection to solve seemingly impossible crimes committed by criminal masterminds.

ABC has another Shondaland production on the go with an untitled dramedy described as an edgy and comical upstairs-downstairs look at the insanity of modern child-rearing and focuses on a clique of young nannies, a trio of interconnected families and their various support staffs, all trying to help the kids grow up when they haven’t quite grown up themselves.

Truth Be Told has had its order cut to 10 episodes.

FOX is developing House Sitter, a project that centers on Beans, a house sitter who lives life according to his own set of rules; he turns your day-to-day existence into his vacation, your mundane into his adventure, and your bathrobe into his… bathrobe.

Married has been cancelled after 2 seasons.

Monica The Medium has been renewed for a second season.

As a new generation of women becomes more independent and assertive, their male counterparts are becoming more self-aware and sensitive. TBS has ordered an untitled comedy pilot about about two of those men.

NBC is developing The Russians Are Coming which is described as a semi-autobiographical comedy that follows a fish-out-of-water husband when his Russian in-laws move in upstairs.

The A Word is a drama for BBC One about a family learning to deal with autism.

FOX has set The Divine Monster, a twisty family drama based on the Belgian series of the same name which chronicles the fall of the wealthy Vega family of Miami, whose real estate empire is built upon decades of greed, corruption, generally bad behaviour and an alarming number of curious deaths.

Blood & Oil has had its episode order cut to 10.

The Player has had its episode order trimmed to 9.

Clipped has been cancelled after the first season.

NBC is developing an All Of Me half-hour comedy series, loosely based on the movie.

ABC is developing The Better Half, inspired by Patti Vasquez’s family, and centers on a Mexican-American working mother who is a well-intentioned and sometimes-misguided citizen disrupter.

Showtime is developing 36-24-36, refering to what has been considered “ideal” female model measurements, and is about the first black TV model to be featured on a major game show in 1990.

CBS has put into development Jet Set about a young, rich socialite who partners with a blue-collar FBI agent to pose as the new “it” couple to investigate and apprehend suspects who have hidden behind wealth and influence to escape other charges.

FOX is developing a new series inspired by the July New York Times Magazine article, “Who Runs the Streets of New Orleans” and will explore what happens when an enigmatic tech billionaire makes a deal with a bankrupt, dying city to provide a privately owned-and-operated police force.

The Whispers has been cancelled after one season.

I Am Cait has been renewed for a second season.
