The King and Queen of daytime TV, Phillip Schofield and Fern Britton, will be finding out whether some of the nation’s favourite celebrity couples really were made for one another.
Three bold celebrity couples put their relationships in the firing line in All Star Mr & Mrs. Are they all love birds or will they be spitting feathers?
In the fourth episode of the eight-part series, celebrities willing to put their relationships on display include Formula 1 driver David Coulthard and fiancé Karen, comedian Vic Reeves and wife Nancy Sorrell, plus Bez and Monica Ward. They will all compete for big cash prizes for a charity of their choice.
Vic and Nancy explain what they do beneath their ‘cheese blanket’, divulge their nicknames, and reveal all about their favourite hobby – making soap.
Formula 1 star David Coulthard and his fiancé Karen describe their jet-set lifestyle which is split between Monaco and Belgium. Karen explains why she had to jump David and he reveals where he is ‘most likely to fake excitement’.
Meanwhile singer Bez gives an insight into his soft and feminine side and reveals how being engaged to Monica and expecting a child has changed him.
The show, originally hosted by Derek Batey, will not only see hosts Phillip Schofield and Fern Britton question the celebrities about their relationships, but will also get an insight into their home life as All Star Mr & Mrs takes a trip around each of the couples homes.
As each pair plays, one half will be sent off to the sound proofed booth whilst their other half will be quizzed on their life together. The other half of the couple will then return and be challenged to match their partner’s answers in a bid to win points.
After two rounds the couple with the most points will go on to play for big cash prize of £30,000 for a charity of their choice plus there will be a few more surprises along the way.
All Star Mr & Mrs is a Celador production for ITV1.
