For the shopping task this week, the housemates will become acquainted with all things Japanese. The tables and chairs have all been lowered and there is a Karate mat in the yard.

Big Brother wakes everyone up by playing Eighties - Turning Japanese Turning Japanese.

The housemates are intrigued by the changes in the house.

Dennis, Darnell and Mohamed are playing out voiced over kung fu movies.

Jennifer is in the diary room talking about the atmosphere in the house and how good it is other than Alexandra. She likes how people are really getting to know each other and there is a lot more respect for each other.

Rebecca is sure that if she is up then she'll be going home.

In the garden, Rex and Mohamed are building a human pyramid with Dale.

Alex is complaining about Mohamed to Dennis and his behavior as a Muslim. She is deeply offended and thinks every Muslim watching will be disgusted. She once again justifies her own position by saying her smoking and drinking is bad enough. Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black?

Alexandra tells Mohamed that he's playing a very stupid game and how very small she thinks he is. She talks down to him in such a condescending way. She's not stupid but she's just so condescending. Mohamed says he's not embarrassing anyone other than himself. She's glad he realises that. Mohamed tells her that if it's all about being a Muslim then she shouldn't be wearing a short skirt. She says she'll wear short skirts if she wants to. Any one hearing the word hypocrite?

Mario thinks she'd let it go but she's like a dog with a bone.

Mohamed is in the diary room again talking about Alexandra. He's angry that she brings religion into the equation just to make herself feel good. He just wants her to leave him alone. He says he gets on well with the Christians, non-believers and Jew in the house and thinks that it's the 21st century and it's time to get over it.

Luke and Alexandra have the instructions for the shopping task where everyone will be embracing Japanese Culture. The tasks include the chop stick challenge, karate school, endurance karaoke, learning japanese and karate chop. After a week of low budget food, they're desperate to make this work.

Rex, Rebecca and Dennis are wondering why people are being nice to Alexandra after she's been so rude to people.

Sylvia and Alex want to have their own money for shopping and don't want to share any of it with the others in the house after some people in the house have been eating more than their fair share.

Mario is in hysterics watching Darnell performing his karate routine.

Sylvia is talking about Alexandra and how two faced she is after Dennis' dinner conversation the other day. They're all aware of her manipulation.

All the girls are dressed up in traditional Japanese clothes and makeup.

Alexandra has been called to the diary room. She's looking glum. She doesn't want to talk to Mohamed ever again. She says she was, once again, disgraced at what he did and that there are some things you just don't do as a Muslim. Alexandra wants to know how Big Brother can say she intimidates a grown man. Big Brother deems it inappropriate behavior. She can't believe it but takes it on board.

Alexandra talks to Sylvia about Big Brother's claim that she intimidated Mohamed. I'm not sure that was the case. I think Big Brother said he deemed it intimidating not that Mohamed had said it was.

The endurance karaoke booth opens and Rebecca starts her part of the task and sings The Best - Total Eclipse of the Heart Total Eclipse of the Heart. She was excited when she arrived into the room. However, the song is on repeat. After an hour, she doesn't appear to be having as much fun.

The other house mates are in the yard watching Jennifer, Lisa and Darnell perform their karate routine.

Big Brother plays a section of the song into the house to indicate that the next person needs to enter the diary room. Alex sound terrible but when Dennis gets his turn he doesn't sound too bad.

Big Brother tells the other housemates the results of the nominations and that Alexandra and Mario are up for eviction. Dale's heart is pounding and Sylvia gets to feel it. She is shocked at how fierce it is beating.

Alexandra no mates is sleeping in the bathroom again tonight by herself. No one seems to care she's not with the rest of the group. Mario doesn't seem to bothered by his nomination and is hoping his fan club steps up. He's confident.

However, Alexandra has been removed from the house and therefore the voting for this week has been cancelled.
