Bye Bye luxury shopping budget

Carole is complaining to Jonty about the mess in the kitchen. There is a pile of dishes that have been left and not put away after they washed up. She wants them to keep on top of it or there will be chaos.

Ziggy is in the diary room talking about his conversation with Tracey last night. He's not impressed with her opinion about his and Chanelle's relationship. He thought it was a bit much that she was calling people liars.

The housemates are completing their luxury shopping budget and as always, Carole is there to oversee it all and dictate things. Brian comes out into the garden after getting told off by Carole and talks to Ziggy and Liam about it. It's the first time he'd sat down to do the list and was annoyed that he couldn't write down his noodles.

There is an argument about 22 tomatoes. Carole swears at Brian and he gets upset at why she's being rude to him when he's never been rude to her. Gerry states that it's such an assylym.

Carole is upset because she wasn't going to be doing the list and was then asked and she's all stressed about trying to keep everything under control. She's trying to help but everyone has the right to speak up.

Big Brother asks Amanda what the Chicken cubes are that they have on the list. She figures out that they're not in fact cubes of chicken but gravey cubes.

The housemates are hungry. Brian has been dreaming about restaurants.

Last week, after they failed the task, the housemates were instructed by Big Brother to return all food. Carole hears the grumbling and has a packet of biscuits that she's kept a secret and hands them out to the hungry housemates. You can just hear Big Brother preparing to pass out punishment for that rule break. Will the housemates get their luxury shopping list filled or will they be eating slop?

Jonty is in the diary talking about Carole and how she's become very controlling. He says that most of the arguments have been caused by the shopping list. He says that in the comotion, his rice milk and Gerry's soy milk was not put on the list.

Carole is called to the diary room. It's punishment time. Big Brother reminds her of the rules about food and that she broke the rule when she hid the chocolate digestives. She also broke the new rule that only Kara-Louise, Jonty, Gerry and the twins are allowed to do cooking and cleaning when she whisked some eggs. Big Brother asks if Carole thinks that the rules don't apply to her. As a consequence of breaking the rules, the £280 shopping budget is gone and they have a basic budget of £70. The hungry housemates will not be happy when they hear about this.

Carole tells them the bad news and they're all pretty disappointed about it. More yummy lentils for them this week!

Big Brother calls one housemate to the diary room and Ziggy goes to talk. He's not impressed about the whole food thing and says he's likely to leave this week. Big Brother ignores him and tells him that there is a blackboard and chalk and a shopping list for him. He tells Big Brother that he's serious and is feeling weak after eating spagetti all week.

The shopping list task starts all over again and Carole and the twins work their magic with the short change they've been given.

Tracey and Carole are talking about the eviction this week and Carole thinks that Gerry and her will be going this week because they've done enough to upset the public to warrant them getting given the boot.

Outside, Liam and Brian are singing and dancing in the rain.

Liam is in the diary room and says that the mood in the house is pretty dull because of the food. They were all looking forward to getting a load of food and cigarettes and he thinks it's going to be a pretty morbid week now that they've been stripped of what they were desperately waiting for.

Brian paces around the garden talking to himself and talking himself up.

Gerry is asking questions about the housemates and the others are guessing the answers. They're all having fun with this game and ask some fun, stupid and random questions.

Gerry, Kara and Amanda are in the diary room with a lonely orange - the only food they have left in the house. They are pleading for calories to support their body weight. Gerry says they are going to resort to cannibalism. Big Brother tells them that the food will be delivered tomorrow.

Everyone is asleep except Carole, Gerry and Jonty. Gerry says he never had breakfast. He had two slices of bread but he doesn't constitute that as a breakfast. They start shouting and swearing at each other and everyone jumps up out of bed to see what's going on.

While the argument rages, Liam gets in the pool and Jonty and Ziggy decide it's a good idea.

Carole is telling Gerry that he might be hungry but he's not starving. She is tired of him whinging and moaning about everyone all the time behind their backs. Carole goes to talk to Tracey about how he always complains about no one pulling their weight around the house when he hasn't been pulling his weight either. He stands outside the door and listens in and shakes his head in disbelief. Gerry is so one eyed.

Gerry goes out to look in the refridgerator. It is empty.
