Brian is out in the garden having a smoke and is talking to his imaginary friends.
Big Brother calls the most insightful housemate to the diary room. Jonathan, Carole and Brian fight for the door but Carole gets in first. It's the shopping task. In front of Carole are seven sin bins each representing the seven deadly sins. Using faces of the housemates, Carole must decide which housemate is guilty of each sin. Big Brother will be testing how sinful the seven housemates are. If they pass, they will win a luxury budget.
Carole places Charley's photo into the wrath bin. Laura goes into the sloth bin. Tracey goes into greed. Ziggy is the most gluttonest and Liam the most lustful. Amanda goes into the pride bin and lastly, Nicky goes into the envy bin.
The housemates are talking about childrens names and Brian asks how awful it would be going to school with a name like Apple. He then adds what it would be like seeing your conception on Big Brother.
Carole asks Laura to wash her dressing gown because it hasn't been washed since she arrived in the house. Carole is scared that it's going to walk off her.
Charley has a rant at Liam over some cigarettes. She was drunk at the time but apparently she was clear headed.
Brian and Charley get into it after Brian tells her she can't handle her drink. He storms into the lounge and tells the group that she's such a trouble maker. Jonathan asks if he's only just noticed.
Carole reads out the instructions for this weeks task. The luxury shopping budget rests on the shoulders of seven of the housemates who need to absolve themselves of the sins that Carole has categorised them under. If four or more fail the task then they will be on basic rations. If all seven pass then the group will be rewarded with a special party of sin and excess.
The housemates who have been categorised by Carole have to wear a large badge saying "I am Wrathful" etc.
Big Brother calls Amanda to the diary room. There is a costume that she must wear for the entire rest of the task. It is a hotdog costume. Amanda says that it stinks. As she gets up to leave, the weight of the costume pulls her forwards and she falls over.
Charley had a large bag of jelly beans which she gave to Carole to evenly distribute. A row erupts and Carole doesn't want anything to do with and hands back the jelly beans. She laughs that it was Ziggy who came out with Charley to try and get the beans. She hopes that Big Brother's task for him for his gluttony is a good one.
Big Brother calls Charley to the diary room. Charley is not permitted to show anger or raise her voice or swear in the house and can only show anger inside the diary room. Excellent. How long until she fails?
Ziggy is next and must go immediately to the room of gluttony. The room is full of his favourite foods. His task is that he isn't allowed to eat anything. Big Brother tells Ziggy to take a seat and put on his bib while "Food Glorious Food" plays over the speakers.
Charley is sitting quietly by herself in the bedroom. The twins and Chanelle are singing. Charley hears them when Laura comes in and opens the door and says the F word about them singing and then says oh no, they've now made me swear.
Ziggy is let out of the room of gluttony.
Charley screams at a moth that is flying around the house. Jonathan tells her to stop shouting because they want to pass this task.
Chanelle goes to the diary room to talk about something that Laura just told her that didn't make her feel very good. She made some comments about Ziggy and about how he is likely to go back to the girl he went on a date with on the outside of the house just before he came into the house. Chanelle doesn't think that would be the case at all. She talks to Ziggy about it after she leaves and he is mad and wants to confront Laura but he's enjoying not having all the arguments. Was that an I Love You I heard?
It's 3:30am and everyone is asleep in bed except Charley who is in the diary room wanting to know when the task is going to be over because she's finding it really hard. It's mainly the swearing that she's having difficulty with. She thinks she doesn't really have an issue with the arguing cause she's only had three arguments since she's been in the house. One word for you Charley... Whatever!
