The 31-year-old singer shot to fame in girl band Mis-Teeq before quitting to start a solo career. Her first few singles charted badly and she was dropped by her record label at the same time as her much-publicised divorce from So Solid Crew’s Harvey.

This week Jack continues his adventures with Lord of the Rings actor Billy Boyd, singer Natalie Imbruglia and television presenter Konnie Huq. Having survived a mountainous adventure in Canada, this episode sees Jack and the celebs head 3000 miles away to the tropical island of Hawaii for a deep and deadly mission in the clear waters.

The team are in Hawaii to have a go at freediving; learning how to hold their breath and swim as far under water as possible without a lung bursting!

In the season premiere, the summer is drawing to a close. Blair and Chuck are madly in love and adjusting to their new "in a relationship" status, but breaking all traditional rules of dating, as would be expected. Serena returns from her European adventure with many secrets to hide and a complicated relationship with Carter Baizen. Nate returns from his travels with a mysterious brunette, Bree Buckley in tow. Rufus, Dan and Jenny spent the summer in the Hamptons, adjusting to the van der Woodsen's glamorous lifestyle surprisingly faster than any of them expected. The series also stars Jessica Szohr as Vanessa and Kelly Rutherford as Lily van der Woodsen Bass.

The much anticipated third series of Gossip Girl will be premiered in the UK on ITV2 next month, Zai Bennett, ITV’s Director of Channels and Acquisitions announced today.

The international hit series about the social lives of fast living and wealthy students in New York starring Chace Crawford and British actor Ed Westwick, will launch on October 7th at 8pm.

Hilary Duff will guest star in some of the new episodes and while high school may be behind our beloved and grown up socialites, a future of love, jealousy, scandal and secrets awaits them at university.

Set in the gothic, oak panelled halls of residence and lecture theatres of the fictional Bridgeford University, Trinity College. For over 900 years, Trinity has been an elite playground solely for the über rich and powerful. However for the first time in its long and illustrious history, Trinity is about to throw open its doors to students from, well, the lower social classes.

Jack Osbourne is back for a new series of Jack Osbourne Celebrity Adrenaline Junkie, but this time he’s accompanied by the rest of his family. In this first episode of the new series Jack is joined by sister Kelly and parents Sharon and Ozzy as the Osbournes take part in a family adventure Adrenaline Junkie style.

After five years of hair raising antics he’s joined by his parents in Las Vegas and Jack’s aware of the challenges they all face. “My parents are out here and they’re both really old….but I’m looking forward to trying to get them stuck in.”

This new series follows Katie Price’s life since her split with husband Peter Andre earlier this year. The show chronicles Katie’s story as she starts a new phase in her roles as model, businesswoman and now single mum.

In this first episode the cameras follow Katie as she hosts a birthday party for her three children on her own just after her split from Peter. Viewers then get to see her on trip to Ibiza which is both business and pleasure. Katie is there to shoot a series of glamorous images for her new brand calendar and both works and plays hard on the party island.

It’s the families last week in LA but before they go, they must meet a very special visitor Jessie. He has exactly the same condition as Harvey and Katie and Peter are overwhelmed to meet him and his mum, Peter in particular is in tears at seeing what he thinks Harvey will be like in 4 years time.

Next day, Katie and Peter are training for their final run before the marathon, they have to complete 18 miles and limp towards the finish line. After training, it’s time to take Harvey to the doctors and whilst Peter plays with him, Katie tells manager Claire what the doctor said, how he is doing really well and how may cases there are like Harvey.
