Yesterday was Day 5 in the CBB house, and as is now an established daily occurrence, Jasmine Lennard caused rows and yet more rows, and a few tears too.

As we saw in last night’s highlights show, Jasmine apologised to Danica – and rightly so, she was unforgivably rude – for calling her a prostitute after she overheard Danica telling Julie that her mother had died when Danica was 14.

But of course, Jasmine couldn’t do without a drama for long, and Rhian became Jasmine’s next victim as she berated her for “leading Ashley on” even though she’s actually done nothing of the sort!

Jasmine came to that conclusion after Ashley told her that Rhian had only just told him she has a boyfriend. He added that she “must’ve known” that he fancies her, and therefore, to him, that equates to leading him on… Continue reading »

Yesterday was Day 4 of this summer’s edition of Celebrity Big Brother, and after Jasmine’s total meltdown over being up for eviction this week, everyone was hoping she’d calmed down and would at least stop crying!

And she did, for a while, but not before she once again branded Danica a “prostitute” and had yet more digs at Lorenzo. However, they later made up, but more on that in a moment.

First, the CBB housemates were given a task yesterday, in which Julian and Julie became talent agents…

Julian and Julie were instructed to pick teams and take them to the ‘audition room’ for the first round of auditions.

Here’s what the HMs had to do… Continue reading »

Last night, the Celebrity Big Brother housemates had to nominate face to face, and the end result was that Jasmine Lennard and Rhian Sugden face eviction on Wednesday night.

It was TV gold as the housemates awkwardly had to give reasons why they were nominating their chosen housemate, and the fall out afterwards was just plain epic! We have clips for you of the nominations and of Jasmine throwing a total hissy fit afterwards…

But first, here’s who nominated who…

Jasmine nominated Danica
Julie nominated Coleen
Harvey nominated Danica
Julian nominated The Situation
Coleen nominated Rhian… Continue reading »

Today began in a fairly sedate way for the celeb housemates – Big Brother’s being way too damn kind to them I think – with a leisurely breakfast that largely comprised of cereal, toast, fags and coffee…

And as it was a pleasant morning, some housemates went outside to gasp in some fresh air and/or nicotine.

Cheryl told Julian that he looks beautiful in the mornings, and compared him to a “butterfly coming out of a chrysalis.”

Elsewhere, Ashley told Coleen that he fancies Rhian, and Mike The Sitch said he fancies Danica.

After that, it was fitness time as Ashley headed up the session, leading Coleen and Julian through a serious garden work-out. Ever the opportunist, Julian declared, “I feel a DVD coming on.”

However, later on it was time to talk about heartbreak, as you do, with Prince Lorenzo, Coleen, Harvey and Jasmine all agreeing that essentially, love hurts, love scars, love wounds, and mars… Continue reading »

Yesterday was of course Day 2 in the CBB house, but for the celebrities, it was their first full day in their new home, and Big Brother had lots in store to keep them busy, but of course, they found time for a spot of bitching, with Jasmine Lennard leading the way…

More on that in a moment, but first, the task the housemates were given was entitled, Moment of Truth, which saw Julian and Mike The Situation called to the Diary Room where they have found two boards containing speech bubbles with statements and pictures of the housemates on.

All they had to do was match the phrases with the celeb faces. What Julian and Mike didn’t know was that in the garden, BB had set up podiums, as Mike and Julian gave their answers, BB instructed the other housemates to stand behind the podium with the corresponding bubble.

They were then asked to place themselves behind the bubble they believe represented them. They then had to peel off a square on the podium to reveal whether they were correctly placed… Continue reading »

Yesterday was of course the final day of Big Brother 2012, and what an outstanding series it’s been!

Luke A of course won the show – and bravo to him, he’s a nice guy – Luke S predictably sulked because he didn’t, Deana took the boos with stoicism, Adam was genuinely chuffed for Luke A, and Sara was, admirably, just super happy to be there.

But just as an aside, was it just me or did anyone else think Sara and Deana’s hair was just god awful??

They both – hair wise – looked like they’d been dragged through a hedge backwards, which is somewhat surprising since as part of yesterday’s preparations for leaving, the girls had a visit from a hairstylist…

More on that in a moment, but on waking yesterday, which was of course Day 70, the housemates were running the full gamut of emotions, from sadness at leaving to nerves about the end result, so Big Brother decided to give them something to do to take their minds of things; cleaning! Yesterday was Day 69 in the Big Brother house, and of course, it was the last full day for the final five housemates, because tonight will see one of them crowned winner…

And last night’s highlights show left me with a bit of a lump in my throat actually, which always happens as the show draws to a close!

But it’s been one hell of a series this year, and I think it’s really put Big Brother back on the map. And of course, for addicts of BB such as myself, we have the consolation of the Celebrity version to look forward to as of Wednesday, which runs for 23 days. Yay!

However, back to a round up of yesterday’s action, and the day was a pretty calm, and happy affair, as it began with a lie in, and later featured a full Sunday dinner cooked by Luke A… Continue reading »

As we reported yesterday, celeb reporter Nina Myskow went into the house to give the final five a lesson or two in how to conduct themselves now that they’re celebrities.

The housemates were told if they learned all of Nina’s lessons to her satisfaction, they would be rewarded with a cocktails and canapés party during the evening, as well as a slideshow of some of this series’ best bits. And phew, they indeed passed, so the evening was spent getting a wee bit squiffy, dancing to an hour’s worth of tunes, and in general, making merry.

Here’s what each HM had to learn from Nina…

- Perfect their wave for when they leave the Big Brother House
- Walk down stairs gracefully
- Perform with etiquette and ease on the red carpet
- Get out of a car gracefully… Continue reading »

Today is Day 68 in the BB house, and of course, it’s the last ever Saturday that the housemates will spend in the house…

And this morning, all five remaining HMs were in congratulatory mood, telling each other that they’ve done so well to get this far.

They were all still excited about last night’s BOTS being aired live from the garden, with Sara going through her memories of last night, and getting excited about hearing her pal Kirsty on the phone.

Deana also had a few things to say about some of the footage they were shown, and asked lots of questions as she tried to piece together the event of the past few weeks.

Luke S was slightly less ebullient, but was still smiling, despite copping stick last night for that ‘agent’ talk he had weeks ago.

Luke A was grinning and Adam declared himself “buzzing.”

However, there wasn’t much time to dwell on last night’s events as BB announced the HMs were to take part in a Train for Fame task… Continue reading »

Yesterday was Day 67 in the Big Brother house, and of course, it was the last eviction day before Monday’s series final.

As fans will know, Scott and Ashleigh were evicted last night, which leaves Luke S, Adam, Deana, Luke A and Sara all competing to be crowned winner.

And as you will have seen if you watched Bit on the Side, Ashleigh was shown the footage of Luke S telling the fake agent that he wasn’t all that interested in staying in a relationship with her…

Not unreasonably, she was unimpressed, and managed to call Luke S a few names that we can’t repeat here! So is this the end of Lushleigh? Well it kinda looks that way.

As to Scott being evicted, I suspect he was a victim of the vote to save system going astray because voters may have believed he was safe, and clearly, he wasn’t. Were you sorry to see him leave?

However, before the big double eviction, life continued as normal in the house… Continue reading »
