ITV Customer Relations announced today that Optical Express is to sponsor the brand new ITV2 series Coleen’s Real Women.
Coleen’s Real Women sees the nation’s favourite girl next door, Coleen McLoughlin, scouring Britain’s high-profile new modelling assignments with some of the nation’s biggest brands.
The sponsorship deal was negotiated by Peter Fergusson and David Croft at ITV Customer Relations with Nick Stewart at MediaVision on behalf of Optical Express.
David Croft, Director of Regional Sales at ITV said: "The sponsorship of Coleen's Real Women by Optical Express is another stage in broadening and deepening the trading relationship between ITV and Optical Express. We are delighted to see them embrace broadcast sponsorship as an additional means of connecting with their customers.”
Mary-Frances Kearney, Marketing Manager at Optical Express commented: “As the leading Laser Eye surgery company in the UK and Europe, we are always looking at talking to our customers in a variety of ways and the young and affluent market that will watch Coleen McLoughlin represents a perfect fit for our business.”
The creative will be produced by Commercial Breaks and will feature images of models reflected within a close up of a graphically enhanced blue eye.
Helen Eisler, Head of Production, said: “The concept unites models and vision, working with the brand colours and emphasising the synergy with apposite phrases, ‘see the beauty’, ‘catch the eye’, and ‘be the focus’’, a fun and fresh look for this ITV2 audience.”

Hi there, Coleen, you are amazing! So original and pretty. Congrats on the wedding! Check out the book, Systems Thinking in the Public Sector by John Seddon (twit), it's his new book and it's just fab! I use escalation marks to express my satification
