Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) and Kevin (Michael Le Vell) set off to follow their respective other halves determined to catch them out. However, as Kevin trails behind Sally (Sally Whittaker) as she does her Christmas shopping, he feels relieved and foolish that he doubted her.
When Kevin returns home early, post-coital Rosie (Helen Flanagan) and John (Graeme Hawley) panic, convinced they’re about to be caught. But Fiz arrives to tell Kevin that John's alibi was genuine, and the pair decide to go to the pub for a drink. Rosie and John are saved but will they be so lucky next time?
David (Jack P Shepherd) stirs a flicker of interest in Becky (Katherine Kelly) when he subtly informs her that all’s not well between newlyweds Sarah (Tina O'Brien) and Jason (Ryan Thomas). Meanwhile, after taking Gail’s (Helen Worth) advice, Sarah is worried about driving Jason (Ryan Thomas) away and tells him that she trusts him wholeheartedly and he can be friends with whoever he likes. David watches on smiling undeterred. What other tricks does he have up his sleeve?
Marcus (Charlie Condou) is sick of Sean's (Antony Cotton) sulking and decides to take matters into his own hands and drags Sean over to Violet. Sean swallows his pride and apologises for seeking legal advice and Violet assures him that she wants him to play a role in the baby’s life. They agree to make the situation work for the sake of the baby, and although they've made up, is everything resolved?
Elsewhere, Norris (Malcolm Hebden) proposes to Doreen (Barbara Young) only to discover that both George (Keith Barron) and Ivor (Paul Copley) have done so too. Which suitor will she choose?

Monday 26 November 7.30pm
Liam (Rob James -Collier) feels a twinge of jealousy when he discovers Carla's (Alison King) spent the night at Tony’s (Gray O'Brien) and struggles to contain his uneasiness when she flirts with him on the phone and refers to him as "her man". However, an unfamiliar woman (Susie Amy) storms into the factory looking for Carla and slaps her before warning her to stay away from Tony - her husband! Carla's stunned and sends Liam to go after her. Has Tony been cheating on his wife with Carla? Will Liam be secretly pleased that Tony might not be Mr Perfect after all?
While John (Graeme Hawley) seems utterly relieved that he and Rosie (Helen Flanagan) weren’t discovered at the weekend, Rosie seems to be enjoying the danger of it all. As she hands in an incomplete essay with the excuse that she was busy with something else that weekend, John has no choice but to let it slide and it’s clear that Rosie is enjoying her power over him.
Violet (Jenny Platt) and Sean (Antony Cotton) are both pleased to be reconciled and she tells Sean that she and Jamie (Rupert Hill) are hoping to move into Michelle’s flat. Wanting to keep in Violet’s good books and keep the baby close, he tells Marcus (Charlie Condou) that he's thinking about offering to help pay for the deposit on the flat. Will Violet see this as another instance of Sean’s interfering?
Elsewhere, Maria (Samia Smith) confesses to Audrey (Sue Nicholls) that she’s pregnant. Audrey notices that she’s preoccupied in the salon, and she urges her to tell Liam. How will he react?
Monday 26 November 8.30pm
Sean's (Antony Cotton) disappointed when Jamie (Rupert Hill) rejects his offer to help pay for the deposit on the flat claiming they don't need charity. However, Violet's (Jenny Platt) keen to move as soon as possible and tells Sean she'd like to consider his offer but will have to be careful how she tells Jamie. How will Jamie feel if he discovers he's been undermined?
Meanwhile, there’s a new arrival on the street in the form of Lauren (Lucy Evans), Violet’s attractive and more outgoing sister. Lauren immediately settles into the Rovers and wastes no time in entertaining all the men with tales of her party lifestyle in Ibiza. Violet’s amazed when she arrives for a drink with Sean to see her sister, and Lauren’s equally amazed to see that Violet’s pregnant and Sean's the father.
In Underworld, Carla (Alison King) confronts Tony (Gray O'Brien) about his ex's accusations that he's a veteran womaniser and a control freak. He tries to wheedle his way out of Carla's bad books and urges her to ignore his crazy ex. Meanwhile, in the pub, Liam (Rob James-Collier) seems slightly over concerned about Carla, and Maria's (Samia Smith) getting increasingly impatient as she struggles to get a word in edgeways to tell Liam about her pregnancy. Is Liam just looking out for his family or are his concerns rooted in something deeper?
Over at the Websters, Rosie's (Helen Flangan) not pleased that John's (Graeme Hawley) given her a bad mark for her unfinished essay, and Rosie bribes him into bumping up her mark. Will John continue to let Rosie wield this power over him?
Elsewhere, Michelle's (Kym Ryder) surprised to discover that Ryan (Ben Thompson) could be a computer gaming champion.
Wednesday 28 November 7.30pm
Liam (Rob James-Collier) is incredulous when he spots Carla (Alison King) getting out of Tony's (Gray O'Brien) car after spending another night together. However, when he comments on whether Tony's wife knows about their relationship, Carla asserts that Lindsey (Susie Amy) is Tony's ex-wife and it's no business of his anyway.
Meanwhile, Maria’s (Samia Smith) been worrying about telling Liam about the baby, convinced he’ll freak out and break up with her but, knowing she can’t keep it from him any longer, she arranges to meet him that night. Once she finally gets him alone and manages to divert his attention from Carla and Tony, Maria breaks the news that she's pregnant to a shell shocked Liam. As he struggles to take in the news, Maria decides to give him some time to think it over. Will Maria keep the baby?
Steve’s (Simon Gregson) stunned when he receives a call from his dad, telling him he’s going to be released from prison tomorrow. Steve agrees to pick him up, but keeps the news to himself. How will Liz (Beverley Callard) feel when she finds out? And what will Jim’s reaction be to the news about Vernon (Ian Reddington) and Liz's forthcoming nuptials?
Violet (Jenny Platt) brings Lauren (Lucy Evans) back down to earth when she asks what she’s going to do for money now that's she's jobless. Violet ends up lending her some cash and when Lauren notices the big wad of money in her purse from Sean, she promises to keep Sean’s loan a secret from Jamie (Rupert Hill). Later in the pub, Violet lies and tells Jamie that Lauren has lent them the money for the deposit on the flat. Will Lauren be able to keep Violet's secret? How will Jamie react if he discovers Violet's been lying to him?
Friday 30 November 7.30pm
Steve (Simon Gregson) has managed to keep the news about Jim’s (Charles Lawson) release a secret from Liz (Beverley Callard) and nervously makes his way to the prison to collect his dad. Jim seems a lot calmer and when Steve carefully broaches the subject of Liz’s wedding plans, he claims he’s happy for her and knows he blew his chance with her years ago. Jim assures his son that his days of causing trouble are over, but has he really changed? Will Steve break the news to Liz that Jim is back in town?
Liam’s (Rob James-Collier) getting increasingly wound up about Carla (Alison King) and Tony's (Gray O'Brien) relationship and claims he's not happy about doing business with a man Carla's sleeping with. However, when Carla tells him it doesn't affect the business and he has no right to comment on her relationship, he decides to find out more about Tony.
In a meeting with the couple, Liam spots Tony's home address on some papers and quickly taps it into his PDA. Meanwhile, he and Maria (Samia Smith) agree that no matter what they decide to do about the baby they don't want to split up. But will Liam commit himself to Maria when he still has feelings for Carla?
Yesterday, Ryan (Ben Thompson) noticed a car waiting outside school and is unnerved when he notices the same car waiting outside the gates today. Is someone following Ryan?
Elsewhere, Rosie (Helen Flanagan) is furious when she receives a C for her essay. John (Graeme Hawley) tries to play the caring teacher and tells her essay got the mark it deserved and he's worried she's not applying herself to her studies. Rosie knows that she can manipulate John and after she warns him that she can't carry on seeing him if it means her grades are going to suffer, he eventually relents and changes her mark to an A.
When Sally (Sally Whittaker) reads Rosie’s ‘A grade’ essay and notices it’s inferior to her own 'C grade' paper, she confronts John who claims that he marked Rosie up because he wanted to encourage her to stay on at school, plus Sally's intellectually superior so he marked her stricter. John's treading very dangerous ground, will Rosie make it worth his while?
Also, Rita (Barbara Knox) tricks Norris (Malcolm Hebden) into believing that Doreen (Barbara Young) is going to choose George.
