Love and Money is a timely two-part documentary series, filmed in 2005 and 2006, following the stories of two families facing the prospect of financial meltdown. Karen, tiring of the rat race, gave up a lucrative job in IT three years ago to go sailing where she met and fell in love with John. She sold her boat and one of three properties to start a new life with him running a pub in Wales. But things have not gone according to plan. Karen left the business side to John with apparently disastrous consequences. But their reasons for their mounting debt are not all they seem.
