EastEnders 25th Anniversary Pics
The BBC has now released pictures that show EastEnders through its 25 years, and here’s a look at them. Click on the thumbnails to enlarge…
They’ve been released of course prior to the culmination of last year’s big Archie murder storyline and the show’s 25th birthday.
And Charlie Brooks, who plays Janine, told The Times that it’s been “hard” on all the cast, not knowing – until this week – who the killer was.
She said, "It has been very hard. In the episodes to be shown afterwards, you're being told to look or speak a certain way, but not why."
And the show’s executive producer, Diederick Santer, has revealed that Archie's killer "may be revealed to the audience rather than the Square" during the live episode on February 19th.
Santer added, "It's been a challenge for the cast. They are as desperate to know who did it as the viewers."
As I mentioned, the cast were only given their scripts for the live show a few days ago, and if what Diedrick Santer says is the case, they’ll be none the wiser than the rest of us! Aaarggg, I want to know!!!
