I’m absolutely gutted to hear that EastEnders Charlie Clements, who of course plays unlucky in love Bradley is leaving the show after nearly four years on our screens.
He’ll be leaving in February and show insiders reckon his exit will be a “sensational storyline”. I wonder if he’ll turn out to be Archie’s murderer??
Talking about his decision to leave, Charlie said, "I’ve been at EastEnders for nearly four years, and I’ve enjoyed every minute with some fantastic storylines.
“But I feel that now is the time to take on some new roles."
Diederick Santer, the show’s executive producer – who is himself leaving soon – said, "Viewers will miss Charlie hugely and I can promise a big exit.
“I know he'll go on to great things."
Details of exactly how Bradley will leave the Square are a closely guarded secret, but we already know that he returns from Canada over Christmas and it’s widely accepted that he’s coming back for his true love, Stacey.
An ‘Enders insider told The Mirror, "Bradley's emigration only lasts for six weeks before he gets called back to Albert Square early next month because of a family crisis.
"It isn't long before he realises he still has feelings for Stacey and doesn't know what to do."
Maybe as Peggy’s leaving too, there’ll be a shock love twist in which the pair run off together… nah, I can’t see it either, but it’d be fun!
In other news, Archie is about to make sure that because of his meddling, Sam skips bail, leaving her family broke.
The storyline is that after telling Bianca that Sam’s been sleeping with Jack, a furious Bianca forces Sam to confess, right in the middle of the pub. Everyone’s left disgusted by Sam so when Archie offers her cash to get away from the Square, she takes him up on, playing right into his hands and his plans to get control of the Vic.
Here are some sneaky peeks at those scenes…

Oh dear – if only Sam knew what she’s just unleashed!
More news from the Square soon!
