Coming up in Emmerdale, nuttier-than-squirrel-poo Sally is going to try to stop Ashley leaving the village by hurling herself in front of his car!
Her fruitloop actions are prompted when Ashley’s had enough of trying to get the bunny boiler to leave the village, so decides he’ll leave in order to be closer to Laurel.
But as he drives away with Gabby in the car, Sally lobs herself into the road and he runs her down, rendering her unconscious.
A shocked Ashley calls 999 and after they’ve taken Sally, he follows to the hospital.
An Emmerdale insider told the PA, “Sally is devastated when she discovers Ashley is leaving the village.
“There is no way she is going to give up on him, especially after all the work she’s put in trying to win his heart.
“She’s completely deluded. She hopes that when he realises she is willing to die for him that he’ll change his mind about starting a relationship with her.
“It’s all completely mental of course but to Sally it all seems quite logical.”
