• Calvin and Carmel head out on a date together
• Tom decides to enter the talent contest for Steph
• Rhys and Darren attempt to get rid of Jamie

Calvin and Carmel

Calvin’s excited to be going on a date with Carmel, when it comes to the date and Carmel starts talking about Warren however, Calvin soon loses his rag and says that there’s no point them trying again because what happened with Warren will always be hanging over them.

Heading to the boxing club to speak with Ravi, Ravi is surprised when Calvin says that he’s blown it with Carmel, and can’t understand what could have happened in an hour that could have changed the situation so much.

Calvin tells Ravi that he was seeing someone, and although Ravi doesn’t see a problem in it given that he and Carmel weren’t together at the time; Calvin tells Ravi that if he knew who it was then he’d understand the problem.

Although Ravi wants to hear more, as Dom arrives at the boxing club Calvin sees this as his opportunity to escape as he leaves Dom to speak with Ravi.

Ravi is looking for someone to help him out with Relish and Dom has come to speak to him about coming to some sort of arrangement over the place.


Steph, Tom, Cindy, and Holly

Cindy is determined to get Holly to win the talent contest, Tom has no intention of entering though and this is therefore something that makes Cindy very smug when Steph tells her.

Hoping to cheer Steph up a bit and realising how much the talent contest means to her, Tom tells Steph that he will enter the talent contest after all, but only on two conditions; he’s not going to sing, dance, or act, and he wants the hamster that Steph promised him before.

Steph is delighted when she learns that Tom is going to tell jokes, and Holly laughs at a few of them when Tom goes round to Cindy’s shop and tests out a few gags.

Holly is feeling isolated as Cindy seems to care more about Holly beating Tom than she does about her.


Rhys, Darren, Suzanne, Hannah, and Jamie

Realising that things could get serious between Jamie and Hannah, Suzanne goes round to see Jamie to make sure that he really does care about Hannah and isn’t going to hurt her.

Jamie is shocked to see the state of Hannah when Suzanne shows him the video of when she had the eating disorder, he insists though that the video hasn’t changed his feelings for Hannah and she really does mean a lot to him.

Suzanne is pleased that she hasn’t ruined things for Hannah by showing Jamie the tape, when Jamie is late for dinner that night though Suzanne begins to panic that she’s done the wrong thing.

Suzanne tells Hannah what she’s done, and Hannah reveals her concern to Suzanne that she could someday slip back into her old habits.

Unbeknownst to Hannah and Suzanne, Darren and Rhys have caught up with Jamie and Rhys has punched him to the ground and hauled him into the boot of the car.

Rhys and Darren drive out of Hollyoaks together and Rhys then takes Jamie out of the car before punching him a few more times to the ground.

Feeling uneasy with Rhys’ behaviour, Darren pulls Rhys away, and reluctantly joins Rhys as he heads off back to the car.

Jamie is left on the ground in pain as Rhys and Darren drive off into the distance.
