Greg appears on Steph’s doorstep. Rachel launches her pop career. Harold makes a big decision. Rebecca moves into the Parker house. Have the police found Zeke?
Steph tells Greg she wants to take their relationship slowly this week, only to be overtaken by events outside her control. After a furious Veronica freezes his bank account, Greg turns up on Steph’s doorstep needing a place to stay. Later the pair make their first public outing as a couple at Charlie’s Bar, only to be humiliated by Veronica. When Steph notices that Greg is having trouble dealing with the fallout from his marriage, she selflessly encourages him to go back to Veronica if that is what he desires. Greg renews his commitment to Steph, but Libby is less than impressed. Their friendship hits a new low when Libby accuses her old pal of putting her own interests before Charlie’s.
Elsewhere, Rachel continues to suppress her grief over Zeke’s disappearance by pursuing her pop-star dreams. All the teens pitch in to help as Rachel has some photos taken by Lucas and Donna trains her for some upcoming media appearances. A reluctant Bridget, however, is unable to understand why her friend is chasing her dream while Zeke is still missing. When Elle agrees to write a profile on Rachel, the aspiring starlet adopts a more extrovert persona and even begins to display some ‘diva’-like qualities – much to the alarm of her family...
Harold, meanwhile, reveals to his friends that he has donated his house to the Salvation Army, but is disappointed by his neighbours’ negative reactions. As they weigh up his decision, Harold starts to wonder whether he has done the right thing, and Lou worries for his mate’s health. Harold puts his faith in Toadie and asks him to tell him if he has made the right choice. What will Toadie decide?
Also this week, Steve is in for a shock when Miranda agrees to let Rebecca move into the Parker home. Lucas plays the role of a big shot to infuriate Elle – and puts their relationship in jeopardy. Bridget is sent a letter concerning her biological parents. And Tegan receives a mysterious call from her mother. What secret is she hiding?
