Twenty Year old Jeremy Lynch is going to be performing Freestyle Football. He used to be on the cards at Arsenal but they let him go. He's pretty clever with the football and has some pretty incredible ball handling skills as he performs to Beyoncé - Dangerously In Love - Crazy In Love Crazy in Love. It's three yeses for him.

Does Blackpool have Talent? The promos for Britain's Got Talent would suggest that the home of variety may not be living up to its expectation as the Las Vegas of Great Britain.

8 year old Alex Lees is a singer. He's very animated as he sings  Greatest Hits - Kids Kids but he's out of tune.

Birmingham has its chance tonight to display its talent in the hopes of winning the £100,000 and the chance to perform in front of Prince Charles at the annual Royal Variety Show.

First up that has any ounce of talent is 10 year old Charlie Green is singing Frank Sinatra - Duets - Summer Wind Summer Wind and Simon looks smitten. The audience is smitten.

It's Back! The Britain's Got Talent audition tour kicks off in the same city where we found last years winner Paul Potts Paul Potts - Cardiff.

Once again, the auditioning acts have to perform in front of a live studio audience and the three judges - Piers Morgan, Amanda Holden and the infamous Simon Cowell.

Simon says that if no one talented turns up, that's the end for the show. He says it needs to work as it's his only chance for a knighthood. He thinks Sir Simon just fits well.

Ant and Dec are back to host the series.

First up is Michael Machell with a supposed spacey rendition of the Star Wars Theme. It's terrbile.

This week is an emotional rollercoaster for Paula. Continuing from last week she remains stranded in Philadelphia due to the snowy weather but she is keeping in high spirits with her assistants by playing pranks when they arrive back at the hotel at 2am. Paula finds herself rolling on the floor in hysterics after she plants a suspicious looking lump of beef jerky 'shaped like a big piece of dog poo' under one of her assistant’s duvets.

But Paula's tears of laughter soon turn to tears of upset when she receives an email from the Bratz company informing her that she is no longer needed to work on their project. Paula is inconsolable as she was on course to executive produce and choreograph the up coming Bratz movie, as well as design the clothing and the dolls. Having banished her assistants she closes her bedroom door and goes to bed in tears.

New full-time employee Ryan (B.J. Novak) anxiously accompanies Dwight (Rainn Wilson) on his first sales call, but is taken aback by the odd series of challenges Dunder Mifflin's top salesman puts him through along the way, including a side trip to the Schrute family
beet farm.

Back at the office, Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) is forced by corporate to keep a log of his day's activities, and Pam (Jenna Fischer) tries to help him be productive. Meanwhile, Jim (John Krasinski) begins to settle into the Stamford branch.

A casting change puts "Medellin" back in the running for Vince. Ari and producer Nick Rubenstein (Adam Goldberg) must broker the deal between Amanda and the studio by day's end, but they can't use the most important tool of their trade - the cell phone - until after sundown, because it's Yom Kippur. Eric suspects that Vince and Amanda's relationship is sabotaging the deal. At the races, Drama saves a slow horse from the glue factory.

Coleen McLoughlin has been set the challenge of a lifetime...to find naturally beautiful women to be the face of eight major brands in her brand new series, Coleen’s Real Women.

In each episode, Coleen, the nation’s favourite girl next door, will scour the streets of Britain in search of real women to win eight high profile modelling assignments. These will be genuine jobs but with one major difference – all the women Coleen selects are amateurs, all professional models will be barred.

At the beginning of each show, Coleen will be given a brief from the brand. She then sets out on a scouting mission and holds open castings to find girls she thinks will not only fit the brief but could win the campaign over and above professional models.

To help her find these girls, Coleen enlists fashion industry expert Camilla Johnson-Hill to help her match the right girl to the right campaign.

With only four girls left in the competition, the pressure is mounting in this week's episode. For the first task this week the girls must imagine themselves as the American Princess and paint their self-portraits, with the aid of acclaimed artist Jeff Stultiens, who has painted Her Majesty The Queen herself.

Next, the princess wannabes are informed they will be dining with aristocracy, joining Sir Simon and Lady Benton Jones at their country estate. A crash course in everything the girls will need over the course of their visit ensues. Paul teaches dinner table etiquette, Jean shows the girls how to exit a car like a lady, James instructs on the art of fine conversation and speech and diction specialist Francis Wright makes a return visit to teach the girls how to make a memorable toast.

This week is jam-packed for Paula and it begins with an event for In Defence of Animals which she is hosting. Animals are a huge part of Paula's life and she loves nothing more than her four dogs. She is however, running late and is so hungry she states she 'could probably eat a dog'.

At her staff meeting the next day Paula is exhausted from lack of sleep and it shows both in her mannerisms and the concern on her employees faces as her attention wanes. She's also having some issues with her assistants this week. She explains through tears that it makes her 'cuckoo' when they make mistakes like not telling her to reply to emails and it doesn't help when she thinks they think she's crazy.

After learning that the former regional manager has tragically died, Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) attempts to compel an appropriate show of grief from the Dunder Mifflin staff as he searches for the right way to honor a company man.
