As some people may be aware, this weeks serious allegations about aggressive behaviour came to light regarding one of the contestants - Emily Nakanda. The producers have carried out a thorough investigation in conjunction with Emily's family and this has resulted in Emily withdrawing from The X Factor. For the remaining nine acts, the competition continues.

It's Big Band night tonight and there's a 27 piece orchestra locked and loaded.

Leon has been looking really nervous the last few weeks but he's come out strong tonight and looks like he's really conquered his fears. Louie didn't like the dancing but he liked everything else and he's finally seeing his personality. Sharon thinks he's the dark horse of competition and is really vying for a place in the final. Simon says he thought that his voice was very good and then he takes responsibility for his improvement by giving him a kick up the butt last week. Dannii tells him the whole countries love him.

It was a typical soppy boy band performance. They all looked very Justin Timberlake in those suits though. Didn't really excite me all that much. Louie thought they chose a great song but there was no dancing and that the three guys in the middle looked great while the two bookends on the end looked weird. Simon thought that was strange coming from Louie. Sharon agrees it was a good song and they look great and sound great. Dannii didn't like the song despite liking them. Simon thought they respected the music and thought it was great.

Another spirited performance from Niki tonight. She's just going from strength to strength. Sharon admires her for stretching herself. Dannii adored it. Simon didn't really like it that much at all and thought it was awkward and uncomfortable and the trombonist shouldn't have been allowed to play between her legs. Louie loved it.

That was like something out of a movie. The white fur coat. The bedazzled suit. It wasn't actually too bad. Louie thought it was a bit over the top for him. Sharon thought he looked like the snow queen from the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe but only he could get away with it. Simon accidently calls him Louie and tells him he absolutely loved it and thought it was vocally incredible and his favourite performance of the season. Dannii says that that was exactly what they want to see on ITV.

They're incredibly cheesy and incredibly likeable but I think they were reaching (pardon the pun) when it came to a song choice for big band night. Louie thought it was better than he thought it would be. Sharon loved it and think they're two of the nicest people she's ever met. Dannii thinks they're getting better and better with every performance. Simon loves them because they put him in a good mood every week.

This is Sharon's last shot with only one finalist left in her group and I'm sad to say that she's not singing too well at all tonight. There are a lot of flat notes in this song so she's not doing herself any favours. Louie thought it was her best performance yet and says that if there is any justice, she wont be in the bottom two this week. Dannii loved it and thought it was her best performance as does Simon who adds that everyone loves a fighter. Sharon tells her she loves her.

This is vocally abismal. It's a fun song and certainly appealing to their target demographic but that hurt my hears. Louie loved their energy and thinks there is a real gap in the market for them right now. Sharon thinks they're such fun and calls for more girl power. Dannii wonders if Simon is fulfilling some fantasy with them but doesn't think they're the strongest vocalists in the competition. Simon said it was his favourite performance of the night and that they look like stars.

I think was a song much better suited to Andy and he cruised his way through it nicely. He really doesn't seem to have much personality though. Louie thinks he looks like a popstar and sang like a popstar but he didn't like the song on him. Sharon thought it was all a bit weak for her. Simon thought the end worked but he doesn't see him as a recording artist. Dannii thinks every girl in the country sees him as a recording artist though.

Feeling Good

Again, a fantastic performance from Beverley. Much the same as last week. Sharon thought she owned that moment on the stage. Dannii thought it was a stand out performance of the night. Simon thought she had a bad first week, a good second week and an incredible third week. Louie thought it was the best performance tonight by a mile.

My bottom two for the night would have to be Leon and Andy but I doubt that will be reflected in the results.
