STRICTLY COME DANCING SHOW TWO - LIVE BLOG

Hey dance fans, tonight it's latin night, so expect hot moves and hotter outfits. Expect the men to have low cut shirts showing a lot of tanned chest. Meow!

First to dance tonight is Jade Johnson who was a bit nervous in her waltz last night. She is doing a cha cha cha tonight.

She seems to be enjoying tonight more, as she's putting more into it. She's giving it more personality and attitude anyway. She's certainly pulling some facial expressions with OOMPH.

Len says that although her feet are flat her legs are well built. Alesha thinks the dance suited her, although her arms "were throwaway". Bruno thinks Jade's legs could crack nuts. Quite. Craig thinks she also needs to be careful with her arms, but he thinks she made a great effort.

SCORES: 6, 7, 7, 7 = 27/40.

Now, dancing the rumba is Ali Bastian.

She looks like Paris Hilton. The pink dress doesn't help.

She's good. Who knows what she'll be like in the weeks to come if she is good now. She's graceful and is working her arms well. They've also managed to make a bit of a story into the routine. V good.

Len thought there was too much posing and posturing, and not enough dance. He thinks she deserves to be back next week though. Alesha thought she was beautiful and did "good lines". I'm not sure I get that but anyway. Bruno thinks she could be one of the best dancers they have had if she remains focused. Craig disagrees with Len re: the poses, he liked them. He only had issue with her balance.

SCORES: 7, 7, 8, 8 = 30/40.

Next up this latin night is Linda Bellingham. She's doing a cha cha cha.

Do you think Darren Bennett's hair is real? Just an observation.

Okay, she's not the lightest person on her feet. She looks like she's enjoying dancing with Darren though. She's a bit quicker at it than I expected.

Alesha thought she was enthusiastic but she preferred her dance yesterday. Bruno thought it was like watching Carry On Matron. Ouch. Craig thought was neat, precise and sharp, but she had terrible timing. He thought her personality shone through and it was an improvement on yesterday. Len says that she entertained us. Think he's being polite to the lass there.

SCORES: 5, 6, 6, 6 = 23/40.

Rav Wilding now. He did a stompy tango last night. Tonight he is doing a rumba. Open white shirt. Nice.

Aaaand he's got make-up smudge on his shirt within seconds. Gerritin wash. He seems much better tonight. The latin dances seem to bring out the sauce in the non-pros. Still a little slunk, but that's his build. Still better though.

Bruno is excitable. He liked it. "SMOOOOuLLLLDERRING." He can see improvement. Craig thought it was "awkward and unnatural". Len says the rumba is a difficult dance for the celeb blokes to do. He thinks Rav got it okay though, but he's like a bit more chemistry between Rav and his partner. Alesha would have liked to have seen him move more, but she liked his seductive eyes.

SCORES: 4, 6, 5, 7, = 22/40.

Next up, Chris Hollins and Ola. They are doing the rumba.

MUCH IMPROVED on last night. He's acting it and everything. They're sweet together, them two. I think this will go down well with the judges. I hope so anyway.

Craig thought it was brilliant and had fantastic storytelling. However, he needs to change his fingers. Len thinks it was good. He is very impressed. Though he had issue with his hands too. Alesha thinks he "moves Ola around effortlessly". Bruno, "Chris, you're a dancer." That sums it up well, he did good.

SCORES: 7, 8, 7, 8 = 30/40.

Next is Joe Calzaghe. He's doing the cha cha cha.

Okay, weird start. He's walking like he has a limp. Eeeeesh, not much of an improvement on last night. He's mostly stepping around. Oh this is not going to do well with the judges.

Len thinks Joe has so much potential. He's being polite because he's a boxer. He thinks he is a "slow bloomer". Bless. Alesha thinks this showed a bit more of his personality. Bruno thinks the footwork was terrible. Craig says: "rigamortis."

SCORES: 2, 5, 5, 4 = 16/40.

Martina Hingis is dancing a rumba now.

Nice dress. Silver sequins and purple silk.

It's not bad. She needs to re

member to keep her legs straight though. They look a bit lazily bent. It's a bit dull.
Alesha thinks she has a soft quality, but she needs to work on her arms more. Bruno thinks she loses her shapes in the transition. She needs to remain focused. Craig agrees. He thinks she is flat footed too, but he liked her hand shapes. Len thought it wasn't bad.

SCORES: 5, 6, 7, 6 = 24/40.

Final dancer tonight is Ricky Groves. He was nervous last night, so hopefully he'll let go a bit tonight. In rehearsal he had trouble finding his party face. Cripes.

He's giving it some. Even if it is a bit stiffly. It's like an uncle giving it a load of effort. His thrusts aren't too erm, thrusty. His party face looks similar to pain face. He seems to be enjoying it though. The crowd love him.

Bruno thought that technically it wasn't great but it was fine. Craig thought his mouth was too open. He thinks he gave it welly and attacked it well, as awkward as it was. Len says it wasn't perfect but he "gave it a really good go". He thought it was better than last night. Alesha thought he was the most entertaining dancer of the night.

SCORES: 6, 7, 7, 6 = 26/40.

Well that is all the dancers. Time to vote. Someone is going tonight. At the top of the leader board is Ali and Brian. Joe and Kristina are bottom. I'll report back with who is out. BACK LATER.

WE ARE BACK. And the couples who are fighting to stay in the competition in the dance-off are:

Rav and Aliona     and     Martina and Matthew.

Rav and Aliona are first to dance...he must be well nervous. I kind of hope he stays. I prefer him.

Martina and Matthew now. You can tell when they're in the dance-off, they try and add a bit more finese, and they give it their all in case it will be their last dance.

This'll be close maybe.

This is all down to the judges now.

Craig chooses: Martina and Matthew

Alesha chooses: Martina and Matthew

Bruno chooses: Rav and Aliona

Len has the deciding vote...

Len chooses: Rav and Aliona.

Martina Hingis and Matthew Cutler are OUT.

Aww, bye Martina. Bruce is gutted as he never got a tennis lesson.

Well that's it for this week. So long Strictly fans, see you next week!
