ashleigh hughes

Yesterday was Day 67 in the Big Brother house, and of course, it was the last eviction day before Monday’s series final.

As fans will know, Scott and Ashleigh were evicted last night, which leaves Luke S, Adam, Deana, Luke A and Sara all competing to be crowned winner.

And as you will have seen if you watched Bit on the Side, Ashleigh was shown the footage of Luke S telling the fake agent that he wasn’t all that interested in staying in a relationship with her…

Not unreasonably, she was unimpressed, and managed to call Luke S a few names that we can’t repeat here! So is this the end of Lushleigh? Well it kinda looks that way.

As to Scott being evicted, I suspect he was a victim of the vote to save system going astray because voters may have believed he was safe, and clearly, he wasn’t. Were you sorry to see him leave?

However, before the big double eviction, life continued as normal in the house… Continue reading »

Yesterday was Day 65 in the BB house, and everyone was getting along well, the group divides were less obvious, and all in all, the remaining seven housemates were simply enjoying each other’s company…

And that will never do.

So, to liven things up a tad, BB invited the HMs to glam up and attend a glitzy evening at The Nommy Awards, where there were awards available in a slew of categories including, Public Enemy, Kiss of Death, Under the Radar.

The HMs were told that whoever ended the evening with the most awards would be invited to a dinner cooked by Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochharchef, along with three friends of that housemate’s choice.

Yesterday was of course Day 63 in the BB house, and as we reported during the afternoon, following the last round of nomination, Adam, Ashleigh, Deana and Scott face eviction – it’s a double eviction by the way – on Friday.

The HMs learned the news during last night’s BOTS, and of all four of them, the most surprised nominees were Scott and Adam…

It’s the first time Scott has been up for eviction, and he’s now certain that he’s going on Friday. Adam also thinks he’s offski, his rationale for that belief being that he thinks everyone else will have a “fan base”. O if only he knew…

However, before all that yesterday, Big Brother had one hell of a mind game to play on the housemates, and it’s had the desired effect; that is, to spread distrust among the remaining housemates.

It began when Big Brother called Scott to the Diary Room and congratulated him for completing his mission. A baffled Scott claimed he had no clue what BB was on about and promptly went off into the DR… Continue reading »

The very last nominations of Big Brother 2012 have been made, and facing eviction on Friday are, Adam, Ashleigh, Deana and Scott!

And of course, it’s going to be a double eviction, so two of the above will be out at the eleventh hour, leaving just five housemates left, all of whom will of course be hoping to land the £50,000 prize money.

Who do you want to see leave on Friday? Continue reading »

Following the nominations made by the housemates’ friends and family this week, Ashleigh, Luke A, Deana and Becky all face eviction on Friday!

And rumour has it that’s it a double header eviction on Friday, so who do you want to see offski?

We’ll be back with a full update of the fall out from noms in the morning, and apparently, there’s a really lot of tension in the house right now!

Yesterday was of course Day 50 in the BB house, and the first day of the Party Animals task, which saw the HMs attending a Children’s Party, a New Year’s Eve Party, a Slumber Party, a Dinner Party and finally, an all night Rave Party.

Phew! That’s like a day in the life of Frankie Cocozza!

However, as is inevitable among this group of housemates, tension wasn’t far away as some HMs felt others just weren’t trying hard enough to pass the task.

Most notably, the lads were furious with the girls during their Slumber Party task – for which they had to have a series of pillow fights – for treating it lightheartedly.

The boys watched the event in the living area, and the success of the task depended on the lads correctly predicting who would be the last woman standing. They chose Sara as most likely to out pillow everyone, but they were wrong, Becky won the fights, so that part of the task was failed… Continue reading »

As we saw in last night’s highlights show, and as I reported earlier, Caroline was given an official warning from Big Brother about being intimidating towards other housemates, which she of course cried about and promised she would rectify…

And today, it’s transpired that her fellow ‘Insiders’– who I think of as The Heathers – Ashleigh and Scott have also been given official warnings after they mimicked Deana, and impersonated her accent.

During the warning – which we’ll see in tonight’s highlights show – the pair were told that the incident could be deemed as racially offensive, given that Deana is of course Indian.

So it’s been both tense and subdued in the house today, as the ‘Insiders’ have been very careful about what they say, and who they say it to…

However, Ashleigh managed to upset Luke S by farting, which he deemed to be rude and crude. A horrified Luke S told Ashleigh she should at least have said “excuse me” but she didn’t really see what the problem was. Click here to see a clip of her gassy faux pas.  Really not happy was he? This year’s Big Brother Task Team are actual sadists – and we love them for it – and a task/prank played on Luke S yesterday forced him to show his true feelings for Ashleigh…

And the fact is, he’s not really bothered about her it would seem, so for him, it’s been a showmance all along…

Not that that’s news to most of us, but just to recap, BB called Luke S into the Diary Room yesterday and explained that at this point in the show, enquiries from outside media “isn’t unusual” and asked if he would like to meet with an agent who was keen on getting started on some projects for Luke.

He happily agreed, not realizing the whole thing was being shown to his housemates who were in on the prank.

Luke was asked to do some “test shots” and posted with a rose, and in various sporting antics, and talk of a calendar was bandied about…

However, the real point of the task was yet to come, and for this part, BB turned off the screen in the main house… Continue reading »

Yesterday was of course Day 39 in the Big Brother house, and for Shievonne, Friday 13th was indeed unlucky as it saw her outta there…

And to be honest, now she’s gone, and now that Conor has begun building bridges in the house by apologizing to Scott and Becky for anything he’s done that’s upset them – and suggesting they start afresh from now on – I think the Derry boy has a fair chance of winning this show.

And what a remarkable turnaround that would be; going from Britain’s most hated man to the nation’s sweetheart in a matter of weeks.

In fact, I’m so convinced he is truly in with a good chance of winning – assuming there are no more angry outbursts from him that is – I might even have a bet on it! Continue reading »

Yesterday, Day 33, was not only Shievonne’s birthday, it was also one of the last days of Turf Wars challenges…

But before the task got underway, Ashleigh was called into the Diary Room and was set a challenge; write a birthday song for Shievonne and if BB deemed it good enough, Shievonne would receive a card and a song from her nieces.

So, armed with a xylophone, Ashleigh penned and sang her birthday tribute, and it went a lil something like this…

Shiv, it’s your birthday. I’m your birthday bunny.

Tonight’s going to be funny. You’re in Big Brother and I’m your lover.

(Something something something) togevva. Let’s ‘ave it large, cockney style.

There’s a massive birthday cake. You’re a ledge, and I love you lots.

Let’s make the most of it. You’re my best mate and I love you.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Continue reading »
