Matt Smith says he is desperate to get a ticket to the rowing at the London 2012 Olympics as he was involved in a BBC drama about the sport.
Smith featured in Bert and Dickie, the drama series that centred on a British rowing pair at the 1984 Olympics.
The Doctor Who actor knows how tough it is to score tickets to the event.
