Dancing with the stars

October 26, 2008: In an unprecedented move, three couples will battle it out in the Dancing with the Stars finale with no-one eliminated tonight.

This eighth series of the hit show has been the tightest competition ever and producers made the bold decision to keep the stars, judges and hosts unaware of their shock news, revealing it live on air.

All votes from this week will carry over and be added to next week’s tally, making the public vote crucial in separating the closest competition ever and establishing the final three with their votes.

The score card for the four remaining couples in the competition:

Danny Green and Natalie Lowe – 45 (20 for Cha Cha and 25 for Quickstep)
Paul Licuria and Eliza Campagna – 43 (20 for Cha Cha and 23 for Salsa)
Charli Delaney and Csaba Szirmai – 39 (18 for Jive and 21 for Foxtrot)
Luke Jacobz and Luda Kroitor – 49 (25 for Rumba and 24 for Foxtrot)

Dancing with the Stars, hosted by Daniel MacPherson and Sonia Kruger, is live Sundays at 7.30pm on Channel Seven.

Dancing with the Stars is a hit BBC format now in more than 30 countries. It is produced by Freehand Productions for the Seven Network and BBC Worldwide.
