Plus Ryan Connor gets battered by Rob Donovan in Corrie!

We’ll start today’s soapy spoilerificness over in Emmerdale, where things are about to get steamy between Andy Sugden and Amy Wyatt’s mum, Kerry!

Things take a turn for the passionate when Andy offer Kerry a place to stay after she gets into a row with her daughter Amy.

It’s not long before the two share their war stories of troubled relationships over a glass or three of wine, and before long, the couple head upstairs.

Of the plotline, Kelvin Fletcher, who plays Andy, told the Daily Star, “Andy sees Kerry as a bit of a handful but also sees a bit of himself in her – the black sheep of the village.

“He knows how desperate she is to put things right. He also has a daughter so he knows what it is like.

“Andy feels it is only right she is given a second chance and tries to help out because he’s a decent guy.

“There’s physical attraction – lust – straight away. After she cooks him a meal Andy is flattered and does what he does best and leads her to the bedroom.” Continue reading »

Tonight, we have two visits to Walford to look forward to as the huge and long running storyline over Ben Mitchell having murdered Heather Trott comes to a dramatic climax…

As we saw in last night’s episode, while Phil was trying to talk his horrified fiancé Shirley out of reporting Ben’s confession to the police, Ben had left the house via a window, and as we’ll see tonight, he was headed to the cop shop to spill his guts.

However, when Phil realises he’s missing, he also realises that Ben’s probably headed off to hand himself in, so he and Shirley race to Walford nick.

They get there just at the moment that Ben’s about to confess, and while Phil tells his son to shut up and come home, Shirley says, “Tell them Ben…”

Plus Ali lashes out, believing David is the father of Rachel’s baby in Emmerdale

We’ll begin today’s soapy news and spoilers over in Coronation Street, where unlucky in love Eva Price is about to be ditched by yet another bloke!

As fans will know, after Nick Tilsley ditched Eva in order to resume his romance with Leanne Barlow, she started up a relationship with newcomer Rob Donovan, however, when he tells her he doesn’t want to date her anymore, she left heartbroken once again.

A Coronation Street insider told the Daily Star, “Eva arrived on the cobbles after her fiancé cheated on her and she hasn’t had much luck at all with the fellas of Weatherfield.

“She fell for Nick in a big way but her paranoia actually cost her that relationship.

“Eva was hoping things with Rob might work out and she is gutted when they don’t.

“She feels humiliated all over again and she just can’t understand why she has such bad luck when it comes to the men in her life… Continue reading »

Plus, John Middleton “dismayed” over Ashley and Laurel’s split and new teasers & spoilers

We’ll begin our round up of Emmerdale news with actor Dominic Brunt, who has revealed that he’s loving the opportunity to show a previously unseen “dark” side as his character Paddy embarks on a feud with former BFF, Marlon Dingle.

Marlon has of course scuppered Paddy and Rhona’s plans to move to New Zealand by revealed that he’s taking out a court order to stop them taking his baby son Leo with them.

He dropped that bombshell on the couple’s wedding day last week, and according to Dominic, things are set to get a good deal more dramatic yet.

According to the PA, Dominic said, “You get the scripts sometimes and say, ‘Oh, Paddy wouldn’t do that – he’s a nice chap’.

“But actually, you think, ‘I’m going to play this, see how dark we can get it, and then pull him out the other end’.

“They love each other and eventually I think it will come good.”

And of the scenes in which Paddy and Marlon are at each other’s throats over the issue of Leo, Dominic said, “It’s superb drama. We’ve been screaming and shouting at each other for days – it’s great… Continue reading »

There’s an awful lot of romance in the air in Yorkshire, what with Paddy and Rhona’s forthcoming marriage, Chas Dingle’s fledgling romance with Dan Spencer, and Moira Barton about to spend the night with farm hand Alex Cross!

However, while there’s new romances afoot, one somewhat older one looks set to be rekindled when, during next week’s episodes, Val and Eric Pollard grow close once again.

As fans of the show will surely recall, Val left Eric high and dry – and broke after clearing out their bank account – when she swanned off for months to visit her son Paul in Portugal.

While she was away, Eric began a romance with Brenda Walker, and when Val returned, fully expecting to return to her home and Eric’s bed, he quickly disabused her of that idea, and told a stunned Val that he and Brenda were together… Continue reading »

We’ll begin our look at the latest soap spoilers today with Emmerdale, where we’re about to see Chas Dingle succumbing to the dubious charms of Dan Spencer…

He has of course been flirting with Chas for ages, and didn’t ever dare to hope that she would reciprocate, but in an episode which airs, she does, and then some.

Of the storyline, which will see Chas and Dan sleep together, a show insider told the Daily Star, “Dan can’t believe someone as sexy as Chas would be interested, let alone take charge of the situation.

“Whether she lives to regret their night of passion remains to be seen.”

Apropos of regret, Hollyoaks bad lads Brendan Brady and Simon Walker will soon have lots of them when things take a horribly dramatic turns for the worse in Chester… Continue reading »

Plus Dominic Brunt on Paddy’s wedding day heartache, and Liam Fox reveals that Chas and Dan sleep together!

There’s a good deal of drama and romance ahead on Emmerdale, and one woman who’s hoping to land herself a bloke is Kerry, Amy Wyatt’s feckless mother.

As we saw in last night’s episode, kind hearted Amy – and her caring foster parents Eric and Val – decided to offer Kerry a bed for the night when she was discharged from the hospital.

However, Kerry, never one to miss an opportunity to land on her feet, is in no hurry to move on, and reluctantly, Amy agrees to spend time with her mum and try to heal the rift between them.

But it’s not long before Kerry sets her sights on village bad lad Cain Dingle, who she spots in the pub. Her mum’s outrageous flirting infuriates Amy, who of course fell pregnant after a one night stand with Cain.

And as fans will recall, Amy had her baby boy alone and terrified in the church grounds before eventually reuniting with him briefly, only to then decide to give him up for adoption… Continue reading »

And Tyrone & Kirsty’s neighbours suspect he’s beating her up!

We’ll begin today’s soap spoilers with Emmerdale, where Woolpack chef Marlon Dingle is about to trash his close friendship with vets Rhona Goskirk and Paddy Kirk when he tells them that he intends to fight for custody of baby Leo.

Marlon makes the shocking move after deciding to stay in the village – after love of his life Laurel told him she wants them to try to make a go of their relationship – when Paddy and Rhona go to New Zealand.

However, as Paddy and Rhona’s wedding day is just around the corner, Marlon decides to wait until after it to tell them that he won’t let his son go without a fight, but as it turns out, he’ll break the bad news at the couple’s wedding reception.

A show insider told the Daily Star, “It’s a real tug-on-the-heartstrings moment that not only sours what should have been a happy day but threatens to rip apart their friendship for good.”

Emmerdale will air the first episode of the custody battle a week on Thursday on ITV1 at 7pm.
