There’s terribly sad news today from The X Factor camp which is that Gary Barlow and his wife Dawn are “devastated” by the death of their baby girl.
The little girl, who the couple named Poppy, was stillborn on August 4th.
Last night, Gary issued a statement which read…
“Dawn and I are devastated to announce we’ve lost our baby. Poppy Barlow was delivered stillborn on August 4th in London.
“Our focus now is giving her a beautiful funeral and loving our three children with all our hearts.”
Baby Poppy, who was the couple’s fourth child, was born two weeks prematurely.
Gary recently insisted that filming for the X Factor Judges’ Houses round, which is traditionally shot in far-flung locations, should be in Majorca so that he could jet home if Dawn went into labour.
Gary’s next scheduled public appearance is with Take That at the Olympic closing ceremony on Sunday. Continue reading »
