David Walliams and Matt Lucas back on our screens

Matt Lucas and David Walliams touch down on TV once more with a hilarious spoof of airport reality shows. Buzz had a sneak peek at a few of the personalities in the show but we’re told there are more than 50 to look out for. David reveals: “Surprise, surprise, we’re in drag. It always annoys me because Matt looks much more convincing: he’s shorter and he has no hair. It’s not fair- and he doesn’t even enjoy it!”

Cheryl and Dannii threatened by Nicole

With Simon Cowell hinting at changes to The X Factor next year, the female judges are starting to get a bit nervous. An X Factor source tells Buzz “Nicole is their [the UK judge’s] worst nightmare. She’s a firm favourite to join the show next year, and with everything up in the air no-one feels safe. Simon thinks Nicole has the whole package. It’s fair to say that both Cheryl and Dannii feel rather threatened by Nicole- not only is she loved by Simon, but Louis is a huge fan too.”

Are Adrian and Christine getting the axe from Daybreak?

“Daybreak bosses are seriously considering putting Dan and Kate Garrway on the sofa more often as stand-ins for Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley from January,” an insider tells Buzz. “Ratings go up every time they pair up, and the feedback from viewers has, not surprisingly, been that Dan has much more sex appeal than Adrian.” When Buzz cornered Dan he said: “It’s flattering that people like seeing us on the sofa, but I enjoy working as part of a team.”

Robbie Williams planning a family

Robbie’s new wife is already getting broody, but the singer reveals isn’t quite ready to step into fatherhood with his fellow band mates. “Our first big bust-up has been about kids. The missus wants them straight away but I’m not that sure. I’m like: ‘What about in 15 years time?’” But now after months of talks with broody Ayda he’s agreed to start trying for a baby at the end of the tour.

Janine takes revenge in EastEnders this Christmas

Charlie Brooks and Neil McDermott aka Janine and Ryan from EastEnders are the cover stars on Buzz this weekend and they’ve given us a few hints as to what viewers can expect to see this Christmas. “He almost dies three times in the build-up to Christmas,” says Neil, casually, “and somehow forgives Janine a couple of times too.” “This may be the Christmas where Janine stoops to an all-time low,” says Charlie, after some deliberation. “I don’t think she’s ever experienced true love, and what has come with that is true heartbreak. She’s a danger to herself and everyone around her- she thinks: ‘if I can’t have him, nobody will.”
