Monsters Inside Me

UK PREMIERE SERIES 9.00PM SUNDAYS FROM 20TH FEBRUARY

A teacher’s liver is being destroyed from within and no doctor knows why. A young dance instructor is crippled before doctors find a huge mass unlike any they’ve seen before. And a firefighter battles for his own life when his brain begins swelling uncontrollably. Family and friends are shocked and worried while doctors race to unlock the mysteries before it is too late.

All are very different cases with one thing in common: the causes of these mysterious illnesses are not viruses or bacteria, but parasites – stealthy, cunning creatures who have taken up residence in their unsuspecting hosts. It is a life or death battle between modern medicine and evolution as these patients fight off the Monsters Inside Me.
