Architect George Clarke revisits Gareth Williams and his family in their restored Victorian Welsh church. To save money he decided to do all the restoration work himself and get everything he needed off eBay. But the church sits in a working graveyard surrounded by hundreds of dead bodies and that means lots of red tape.
