Albino United tells the story of a Tanzanian football team made up of albinos, a group of young men with the ambition to prove to the country that they are able to take part in everyday society.

As well as following the qualification campaigns of South Africa, Iran and the USA, he looks at the difficulties Iranian women supporters face in watching matches live, how the legacy of apartheid still affects the sport in South Africa, this year’s World Cup hosts, and how the Americans are trying to overcome apathy to soccer at home.
