Having watched TWS this morning, as I have done many mornings in the past time allowing, I was frankly disgusted at Mr Wright's sanctimonious verbal abuse of those who appear in BGT and therefore to those of watch it. It is predicted that 20million people will watch the final tomorrow, does he hope to reach those dizzy heights? (I notice none of his callers admitted to watching)I also loathed the way the sycophantic panel all giggled, I thought in embarrassement, and felt they had to agree with him. If he can entertain us by playing a sax, street dancing or singing then please let's see it. I am sure the parents of the gorgeous little boy who sang as Mowgli do not want their son referred to as 'mentally challenged'. Since he does not seem to know perhaps he should note that many of the entertainers of past BGT's, even the non winners, have made new careers for themselves in show business. Finally PLEASE LEAVE SUSAN BOYLE ALONE. He talks about the pressure on her and then adds to it by his nasty, insensitive and unnecessary remarks. Oh well I suppose he can pick on something else next week and I suppose he thinks that sarcasm makes good TV.Post new comment
